I had an appointment with Dr. Tan who took her time and explained every step of the eye exam. She was informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. I got a pair of updated glasses and a new contact lens prescription, both of which have worked out nicely. Doctors nowadays are often criticized for having no bedside manner and apathy, not the case here. This practice is family owned with a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I've had glasses where the coating remained in good shape for 5+ years, but now these are unwearable after 2. Went to a new optician and then found out the frames were way too small, with the temples bowed way out as they reached my ears. At $800, the price paid was exorbitant in relation to the fitting and longevity/quality of the service. Never returning here.

I did go there again, and received a new pair of glasses due to the one year replacement policy. The pair that I received was not properly assembled, the lenses were not properly secured, so I had to go back and have them properly placed. This is definitely a "Buyer Beware" establishment.

Assistant was helping another customer, she glanced at me and called someone "twice" . NO one responded ...after couple more minutes . she got up and checked me in , still no one came from back . At that point minutes late someone checked me in brought me to back and told me didanager tell you that you were late someone checked yoi have a "Tele" visit. That's right no doctor checking my eyes.. hmm . So I questioned this , he brought me up to manager and I questioned manager. Dismissing me, no accepting what I said, almost arguing with me about what took place . He basically acting like there was nothing he could do because I was late . Inappropriate, unprofessional. This is healthcare , this is not an acceptable business model. He used excuse that doctor needed to go to lunch , I'm not disputing that but I'm in profession for 30 years ... not OK ! I will-be taking my business elsewhere , don't deserve this type of behavior.
