He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Both Rafael and Jacie are easy to talk to and work with. Jacie had stopped by my house multiple visits to ensure measurements were correct and she gave really great input for how flooring pattern should be laid as well as the designs for the rest of the remodel. The modern designs team have such great attention to detail and that's very rare to find with a lot of contractors nowadays. They treated me more than just a customer which made the process fun and easy to work with. They finished in the time promised unlike other contractors who will push back a lot and delay. They were in touch with us every step of the way, from final design to colors and installation. We even went out to their warehouse and saw the work in progress. That is why we hired them again to do our front security door. Their pricing is fair and they do all custom designs, but you can also choose from their hundreds of pictures of work they already completed for other customers.
