There were a couple of negative Yelp reviews that caught my attention, however, my neighbor was happy with their project and wholeheartedly recommended them. I reached out to get an appointment and met with Hugo who worked with me on my design. This design still allowed Nevada Power access to the meter while protecting the poorly designed electrical panel locking system. As you can see in the photo, the original panel had a flimsy plastic door protecting the main switch which can easily be pried off. This new lock allows better protection from thieves attempting to shut the power down. Hugo was easy to reach via text during the process and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

The worst! I had Sondra out to get designs for a pool gate almost 4 months before I needed the…read moregate. It wasn't for 2.5 months after a number of calls and text I get a super basic design from her and it was nothing that we had discussed. Maybe because it was so long for her to get a design she had forgotten everything. When I my pool company calls her to tell her we need the gate install, she hadn't started it and was in Japan and didn't care. They had to install a temp gate for the inspection because she had dropped the ball. They finally install the gate when I am out of town. The gate wasn't right. The lock was in the wrong spot, the backing was missing screws. Oh and the design wasn't even right. The best part. She then sends me an invoice for $1,500 when I am on vacation. She never picks up the phone to tell me the cost before the install, never a text message from her about the cost. She just installs it and sends the invoice. She claims she told me months ago, but as you can see from the attached, nothing was signed off. After the first visit, Sondra's communication is the worst. If she wasn't recommended by the pool company, I would have never used TIG Works. The quality of work is trash, her delivery is trash, the experience is trash. The only nice part about the situation was I was holding the money for 3 months till I figured out what I wanted to do with the gate and she with her same communication would only text me every 2 months about it. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your project because the experience is not worth it with these people.

I have been trying to locate materials to fix this myself and it was tiring because there aren't any local manufacturers of this type of fencing (PVC/vinyl). All-Star Fence said "No problem." They let me know ahead of time it would take about 4 weeks or so to get the materials. Then once the materials were in, all I had to do was schedule them to come out. They were fast!! I am beyond thrilled! If you live in Vegas, and you have PVC/vinyl fencing check them out!!!
