I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it. I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine--they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse--and this is also possible--since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat. I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any. I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. I stopped in here the previous time I was in this mall with Barbie, but not the most recent time by myself. We went in half the stores in this Mall, and we didn't buy anything from most, including Journeys, as we usually don't, as we just like to browse. Went in to the store and was immediately assisted by an amiable employee who walked me through a gait test and brought up three pairs of shoes for me to try. Used their test socks (yes, they have test socks!) that match the ones they sell in the store so you can try them on with your shoes. Got useful feedback and recommendations for other brands of shoes that would be a good fit if I wanted to run longer distances. All in all, I left the store with some new socks (Balega silver), a foot roller (Nano X), and a brand new pair of shoes (ASIC Gel-DS Trainer 24) for under $200. Money well spent, and will definitely go back when these shoes are dead!

This new Famous Footwear sits in the Natick Mall on Route 9 in Natick, across from the food court and near the Sears entrance. The most convenient way to access it if you aren't in the mall already for other shopping is to park near Sears and cut through. What I find bizarre is how Famous Footwear is now opening in the mall, after they had a larger, more easily accessible location in the Sherwood Plaza around ten years ago, that closed just after opening. Regardless, this place seems like it is a good location also since every store does well at the Natick Mall! Staff at the store today were friendly, helpful and attentive to all of the new customers. Large variety and top stock. I can't say it's the largest Famous Footwear location I've been to, but then again I had no problem finding myself a sharp looking pair of shoes to accompany for the season. I am a huge sandal / slide person, but have discovered that even in the summer, having shoes is still necessary. This place opened right in the nick of time. Very new design used in this store, that actually I find effective. Benches throughout the entire middle of the store for any customers to try shoes on, and separate sides of the store for different types of footwear (dress shoes, sneakers, and of course, sandals). Good selection, good prices and super clean, organized store! Remember, the best secret is to park by Sears (the best parking lot to park in at any time...), cut through the store and enter the mall.
