The staff were helpful in working with me, the prices were great, delivery was on time and everything was 100% perfect. I am happy to report that more than 12 years later that the couch has seen a lot of abuse, however, it is still as mint as the day I bought it...minus the tasty smells from friends with B.O. but that is what Fabreeze is for.

I'm never going to West Elm ever again. Delivery came on the weekend - it was smooth and easy. The guys were polite and nice to work with. I have been in constant contact with them (although it took 3 weeks for them to respond to our last email) and they inform me that their supplier does not ship packages directly to customers and I will have to wait a further 10 to 12 weeks for their next shipment. I just sent them an email (July 28, 2024) informing them that THEY can have UPS, Purolator, FedEX and DHL pick up a parcel anywhere in the world and ship it directly to them.
