Now, the asphalt will literally come apart every time I pull out of my garage in the winter, and my concrete apron is now cracked. This cycle will repeat every year until the area is properly fixed: which requires cutting, excavating, and replacing the soil with a deep, compressed crushed stone base. When confronted, the company resorted to 'double speak,' offering a 'free sealcoat' as a solution. Sealcoating is a cosmetic finish; it cannot fix a failed foundation or stop structural heaving. They are essentially trying to paint over a crumbling building. This company ignores professional paving standards and offers useless 'freebies' to avoid fixing their structural mistakes. Do not trust them with your property.

We had a leak on the roof of our garage that is also a deck. They full well knew it was used as a deck. Not only did they re-seal over rotted wood which is bowed and now has created pooling on our deck, but the coating used is so slippery when wet that we cannot go out on our deck at all because everyone from grandparents to our 17month old have fallen and gotten hurt. Quick to take your money and slow to respond - I've called multiple times to get a supervisor to come out and have yet to be in touch with anyone.
