They bumped me to the head of the line since I was without air conditioning, showed up on time, measured my home to ensure I was buying a properly sized unit. Unit arrived the next morning and they had it installed and the site cleaned up by 2 p.m. Outstanding, knowledgeable crew. Showed me how to set up my fancy wi-fi Honeywell thermostat, and they even registered my system. These people know their stuff! As far as the American Standard system performs, my last electric bill was $106, which was during a very hot summer. I'm happy with that! So I think the extra quality and efficiency translates to a great value.

Very nice guy and had good customer service skills. He set me with a technician named Melinda who contacted me about my issue and set a time to come to my house. She was got here when she said she would. She spent time troubleshooting the issue and then promptly fixed the problem. She was great! Very friendly, nice, funny, and willing to do whatever it took to find and fix the issues. My house built in the mid 80's has always had some odd electrical wiring issues which she soon discovered, but she worked though those and got it done. Their prices were good and for the amount of time it took they were fair. I will absolutely make McBride my go to electrical contract for future needs. Thank you so much!

Called on a tues & Tom the owner said he would put us on the schedule for Thursday. 12:30 pm Thursday haven't heard or seen the plumber. Called Tom & asked if they were coming & he said let me call my guy in the field & I'll call you back. An hour later no call back. Called Tom again & he said I'll be back in town in about an hour & I'll come out waited all day & he never showed up. No phone call as to why or anything. Not sure how you stay in business when you treat people this way. Doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. Wasted a whole day waiting on him & that in itself infuriates me.
