I called Dylan Dixon to remove four very large trees. Two large Alders over 30 feet tall that died and two large overgrown Brazilian Pepper trees. I also had him trim and thin out two olive trees and trim another large Alder. He arrived as promised with a great crew and they did a great job. They even removed some dead bushes I had in the yard. These guys ROCK. VERY professional and GREAT price too. They arrived SAME DAY I called them and knocked out the job very quickly (they even took care of a small stump AT NO COST). If I could give them a negative review I would. I called them to trim my tree in the backyard. Dylan asked me to text him pictures of the tree. We agreed on a price and day they would come by. When they came they saw the tree and started climbing up the tree and cutting big branches down. I went to the bank to pull out the money to pay them and came back in 15 min. to the crew sitting and talking around their truck in front of my house. Dylan told me that his tree climber was too scared to climb up the tree and that they had to stop and would not be coming back. They left huge branches and debris all over my grass and yard. My yard is now wrecked and i have hours of work to do moving huge branches to the corner of my yard so that it doesn't kill my grass. Not to mention, I have to figure out how to get rid of all of the wood and now I have to hire someone else to clean up their mess. I don't understand why they couldn't have just said that they couldn't do it when they saw my tree before they started cutting. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these unexperienced kids. These guys rock! If you need tree removal, trimming, etc. you want to call them. Great prices, quick efficient work and super friendly. They know what they're doing and do it really well. I had two trees removed and a large bush in addition to two trees topped and a large hedge trimmed. They also ground out stumps on all three removals. I can't be happier with the work! They even carry extra pipe in their truck in the event they hit a sprinkler line...and they did since mine were buried only about 4" deep. Unbelievable! Dylan and his crew are the best. Our huge oak tree came down in a wind storm and pinned the front driveway gate closed. We called Dylan. He and his crew were there early the next morning (on a Saturday no less). They had all the right equipment and all the right experience to handle the precarious and dangerous situation in no time. By early afternoon, I had a cleared gate, a ton of firewood, and mulch for the yard. I was so happy with their hard work and skill that I had them back the next week for a 2 acre property clearing day (a.k.a., tree-mageddon). After 12 trees, 16 stumps, and a metric ton of mulch from old wood piles, I knew I found the crew who could do ANYTHING. Supermen! I contrast that with clearing-day quotes I got from other tree crews earlier in the month.
