I even asked if they could trim additional trees and he said yes and also gave me an awesome price for those. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond. Called and set up an appointment last week to have a tree removed from my from yard and agreed to terms, time, etc. The day comes (Tuesday) and this guy is nowhere to be seen. They were supposed to be here by 4pm... Called, no answer and no response Sent text, no reply Sent email, no reply I rescheduled my entire day waiting on this company and was stood up and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply AT ALL! Dylan came out to our home in Temecula for an estimate - he was over 1 hour late for this appointment which should have been our first clue that he was a unreliable. We called him to find out if he was still coming & he did show up. (1.5 hours late) He gave us an estimate to trim our palm trees and we set up today's date with a time between 12:30 and 1:00 with 1:00 be the latest Dylan stated that his crew would arrive. We made multiple phone calls today after his crew was one hour late. It's now 5:00 and never a returned call. DO NOT even consider Dylan Dixon to trim your trees. Dylan removed two trees for me today. His team was quick and thorough. Careful with the electrical and water lines. Cleaned up afterwards. It's as if the trees were never there. He also gave me some good advice regarding trimming the olive trees we are going to put in. He was very polite , on time ( actually early) and came with enough equipment to get it done in less then 15 minutes , so the inevitable noise was kept to a minimum. His price was very reasonable. I would hire him again in a minute! Update I would still hire Dylan, but a few days after he removed our trees we noticed that he clipped a sprinkler line. The best "review" I can give is to say the first job Dylan did was so good that I hired him to work at my mother-in-law's house in Riverside. Great work, just like before, but I couldn't stay with them all day and I only asked Dylan to make it look right. I am pleased to follow up on my interaction with Dylan after my post a couple of days ago. Within an hour of the post, Dylan contacted me. After a brief conversation, he stated he would be able to come out today (10/10/19). He said they would arrive around 7:00-7:15am. Two employees arrived slightly earlier which was fine. After reviewing the scope of work, they began working. Shortly thereafter, two more employees arrived and saws, blowers, ladders, cutters, rakes, etc., were up a running. Just what I'd observed the first time at the abandoned house next door. My contact was Alex who stayed in touch with me to ensure they were trimming as I expected. About mid-way, Dylan stopped by to see how things were going. I can't remember if it was Alex or Dylan who pointed out one of the crew members stating he was the one with the expertise. Good to hear leadership compliment their employees in front of them! I plan to contact Dylan in a couple of months once my 6 Crepe Myrtles go dormant which I find is best time to trim. I had an over grown Ficus tree in my yard that was starting to cause many issues. The leaves would scatter through the yard and made the pool worthless. I'd trim it and it would grow right back causing leaves and pollen to blow into my neighbors yard. I was hesitant to call a tree removal company due to terrible past experiences where damage to other trees/plants and property occurred.
