Tree removal is chop chop and drag away, but tree trimming requires patience, skill, and the ability to visualize what the tree should look like from a distance even while you are under it looking straight up while lifting a 12' pole overhead and branches falling on your noggin. I contacted Ortega's Jr Tree Service via text for a quote to trim the three palm trees in our front yard and nine assorted trees in our back yard. Some of the trees in the back yard needed crown reduction as well as trimming. Jonathan Ortega arrived promptly and was very professional in the quoting and scheduling process. Wow!! 24/7 really was 24/7 what a live saver. We had a huge tree come down in the storm at 2:30 am blocking our entire driveway no cars could leave and landing on our neighbors roof. The good thing is they were available sooner. Just for one Mulberry tree , the price was fair. However, when they were cutting the branches, seems like they were in a hurry. Another great job by Jonathan and crew. Only needed 8 palm trees trimmed this year and as always I was given a good price and quick service. Overall excellent service - would recommend and use them again. This was my 2nd time using them for tree removal services. We had 3 trees removed in one day - the main one was a large pepper tree with deep roots that was damaging my drip irrigation lines and leaning onto the house/roof (pictured). They trimmed the branches first, then chainsawed off the trunk into pieces, then dug out the main root ball. They also fixed my torn irrigation lines afterward and showed me they were all working with no leaks before filling in the dirt and covering them up. They also removed 2 smaller trees (magnolia) very quickly after that. They arrived early, gave me a quote on the spot (that was a good price in my opinion), then worked fast and efficiently and were done within a couple hours (earlier than I had asked).
