I tried calling a few more times to get ahold of literally anyone else but this is just some dude with a cell phone doing illegal tows. EDIT: The owner cant seem to stop replying to this review with the latest being this: You were told we don't do tow aways respectfully various times. We conduct our business profesionally and are certified by the state of florida. Instead of falsly acussing a business of doing illegal tows you should reflect on why your vehicle was towed away. For clarification - I was told NOTHING respectfully, I was interrupted on the call, not allowed to speak and was hung up on. If you dont like bad reviews work on your customer service :) My vehicle was towed through NO FAULT of my own and the situation was fixed and my car was repaired by a legitimate company. Please learn to speak kindly to the people who call you, take ownership of your faults and additionally spelling might help.
