Awful! Every delivery from Amazon has been screwed up by this company. I don't understand why they use them. I had a package coming today, next day delivery, this is what their tracking said " Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve Riverside, CA US". I live in a regular neighborhood, not gated, I have no front fence, the front door is next to the driveway. Dynamex is the ONLY delivery company that can't find my porch. Ugh! I hope Amazon reads these reviews. read more

Amazon should not use this company or they will start losing money over stolen packages. I'm not sure why but my delivery driver doesn't put my package safely by my front door he keeps leaving them by the hose. Can the owner/manager or whoever is in charge of deliveries in riverside ca, please tell your drivers to put packages in the mailbox or by the front door? Supposedly the driver tried to deliver my order at 7:10am but nobody was home. I was told by the courier that the driver would call me before to ensure correct delivery, but nothing. I have security cameras and no attempt was made so the driver lied. Called TForce and they claim they're investigating the issue and that my package would be delivered today, but haven't heard any update and still no package. read more

I ordered two HP65 Tricolor Ink Cartridges from Staples. I received an email stating that Dynamex delivered them to my front door on August 10th. I was home all day telecommuting, so I would know if the package was delivered or not. It was not! I have tried contacting them, but have yet to receive a response. Placed an order at Amazon.com paid extra for next day service. I had two different orders that were due to arrive 12/17/2015. Miscellaneous swim wear for a couple classes. I was surprised when I saw Dynamex as the delivery company never heard of them. Normally Ontrac, UPS, USPS, Fedex would delivered but ok Dynamex by 9 P.M. I was out and about rec'vd text msgs of orders were delivered. Great I checked my security camera and saw one box (should of rec'vd two boxes). I thought maybe out of camera range or maybe driver forgot other package. Arrived home and only one box. Dishonest Thieves working for this company!!! Come on you scan TWO packages get out of car carrying ONE. I am glad Amazon replaced it but I now waiting on Dynamex today again! I called Dynamex to place a report of the bad service (866-955-3968) and the lady could careless.... Here's what I think: I think some folks decided they wanted to make some money and Amazon always wants delivery services, so, not knowing a single little thing about logistics and moving goods around, they get a contract with Amazon. Super trash company. Just like the other reviewers stated. My package, ordered via Amazon, was supposed to be here on Tuesday. Items kept getting delayed, each day. Dynamex constantly fails to deliver any Amazon packages to our unit, and haphazardly leaves them at random doorsteps in our complex. These drivers have no shame, no ethics, and the company is without a shred of integrity to do anything about it. The call center for customer service is outsourced to what I can only assume is India. and they care little about what happens on the other side of the world with this company. This is hands down the worst courier service I have ever experienced. You can even call it service. The driver lied and reported the address as incorrect because he just didn't want to deliver it. Package supposed to be delivered today(Friday) before 9pm. I checked after 9pm and was Notified running late but package would still be delivered today. Then notified after 10pm that package would be delivered within next 3 days. Package went on vehicle about 920am this morning. How could it have not been delivered to me today? Would give a "zero" rating if I could! Ordered an item from Staples that was supposed to be delivered via Dynamex on Dec. 2 but it didn't arrive. Then on Dec. 3, didn't arrive. Then on Dec. 4, didn't arrive. Staples "Chat" was useless to actually help me to resolve the issue and get the item to me. Beware when ordering from Staples! I ordered a few digital voice recorders from OfficeDepot and this is the shipping company they chose to use. I expected my package to be delivered like every other delivery service out there. However, this company apparently has a strict policy of not leaving packages over a certain dollar amount, even if the person who placed the order tells them to. I went round and round with these people to get my package. They didn't seem to grasp that there are people who work during the day and would be unable to sign for a package, which was the only way they'd leave the package. It probably would've been a nice thing for either OfficeDepot or Dynamex to tell the customer that their package is going to need someone to be home between the hours of 8:00 and 7:00 to sign for a package that they expected to be delivered like any other normal package. I called them numerous times to try to work something out so I could get the package that I had already paid for. Every time I was met with rudeness and people who didn't understand that people are at work at 10:30 in the morning. Finally, a package that should have take 2 days to get to me took 5. I finally had to sign a note, that I wrote on my own accord, demanding that my package be left. I guess the person actually making the deliveries understood that people aren't home during the day and that he would leave the package. Thank God someone in this company has some common sense. Be forewarned!! If you order OfficeDepot they might use some half rate shipping company like Dynamex. read more

After having read reviews on here and Google its not far fetched to assume there is a lot of internal dishonesty going on here. I "received" my package at 12:33 am on November 17th but the problem is, due to Covid restrictions I work from home and my office overlooks my the front of my home. Moreover, like many others I have a CCTV set up, and because anything is in the realm of possibility maybe they dropped it off near the mailbox or something, but no, no vehicle or person had come by. I emailed the company and as expected I got no response. I did not bother calling as it is clear what happened here and I'm not dumb enough to expect results. I contacted Amazon and they are send out a replacement but I also formally submitted a complaint against this company and hopefully if enough people do the same Amazon will make sure to not send business their way. The next step will be seeing if there is a parent company or team to conduct internal investigations on this delivery company to hopefully make sure this doesn't happen to another unsuspecting customer. read more

Always leaves my packages in random areas, this last time it was left on the sidewalk of my apt complex. They probably pay their workers in peanuts and saltine crackers, thats why they dont care where they leave stuff. I have had a terrific experience with the Dynamex delivery service. I have had more than 10 deliveries made by Dynamex with STAPLES orders and they have all arrived at the posted time without fail. Always left at a proper location at my residence without damage. read more

Be careful with this company. Amazon seems to be fond of using these thieves. I placed an order on March 23rd, 2021 which consisted of two DVD's and a remineralizing toothpaste. When I received my package there was a slit on top of the envelope and my toothpaste was missing, but the thief left my 2 DVD's inside. What kind of person goes around stealing toothpaste? Every time I see this company being used to ship my orders under tracking, my expectations go out the window since it's a 50/50 chance it'll either go right or wrong. Similar experience to a person who posted on 12/15/2014 regarding this company. My laptop, purchased from Walmart.com, was to be delivered on 12/15/2015 by Dynamex. I tracked the item on the Dynamex.com website every day after placing the order. First of all, the order date kept changing, from 12/3 to 12/8, and several more dates, then finally to 12/14.. On 12/14, the tracking site said "Received, 3:39 a.m." That information made me anticipate an on-time delivery on 12/15. On12/15, I stayed at home, watching for delivery. At 12:30 p.m., still watching and waiting, I checked the Dynamex website tracking for an update. Tracking information said, "Picked up 12/15, 10:38 a.m.", "Delivered 12/15, 10:38 a.m.", "Signed by: "front door". Upon seeing that erroneous information, I immediately contacted Dynamex to let them know that my shipment was not delivered because I was home waiting for it. I asked how could it be picked up and delivered at the same time, "10:38 a.m." today? After a long wait on the phone while she checked with someone, they changed their story from being delivered on 12/15 to saying it was delivered on 12/8, to the front door. There is no way it was delivered on that date as my security system would not allow entry on 12/8. I asked why the tracking site said delivery date today, 12/15, 10:38 a.m., and her response was that just meant the order was completed or closed out today. She said I would have to file a claim with WalMart for a replacement or refund. WalMart wants a police report. Interestingly, the tracking page now states, "Order date: 12/14, 8 a.m." and "Completion date: 12/15, 10:38 a.m." , "Signed by: front door". Instead of saying "Delivery date" like it did at 12:30 p.m. when I looked at the tracking, it says "Completion date". It's hard to believe that a signature isn't required. Staples.com uses this company and they do not deliver. The driver for my area do not know how to look at address proper and say no one was in and did not deliver. Then they code the order as holiday. Of course Staples blames them but can't do anything about this delivery company. The drivers need to know to look at the proper address. I know from past experience, when they get overwhelmed they just state no one was there for delivery, How do i know, the driver has complained to me several times that he has too much to deliver. read more

I ordered a Laptop from Walmart.com for my wife and Dynamex was the shipping company that was given the responsibility of delivering it. After the delivery period given by Walmart, I tracked the item through www.dynamex.com website. My computer was supposedly left at my front door on 12/03/14 by the driver. A note was not left either on my door or mailbox that a package was left. There's a twist here, the tracking information also stated that another delivery attempt was made on 12/10/14, but nobody was home. Tell me why another delivery attempt was made after they already claimed to leave it at the front door. I called their office and they confirmed that the driver delivered it but he states that he doesn't remember the house or the item. I then check my video cameras and did not find a delivery man at all on 12/03 or 12/10. The customer service person stated that something sounded fishy and she would look into it. She then tells me later that there is nothing they can do and a claim would have to be filed with Walmart. Dynamex doesn't even insure their packages as stated by their customer service rep. According to her, they barely picked up the Walmart acct. Being in Law Enforcement, this sounds really sketchy to me. It sounds like someone is trying to hide something. Somebody at Dynamex is not being held accountable for their lack of customer service and potential dishonesty and maybe criminal activity. How can a driver for a company so small in comparison to fedex and UPS, not remember something as expensive as a laptop. You and I know they don't have the same volume as the big two. Now I have a claim opened with PayPal, who agrees that something doesn't sound right. I also have to get a local police report where the potential crime took place, to proceed with the claim on Walmart's end. read more

This is the worst delivery service ever, I think I've received items faster through good old fashioned snail mail, no joke. They said they attempted delivery four times already and without leaving any notices. I called customer service and they said their supposed to leave a notice saying they've been and gone, but no they didn't. Placed a big order with Amazon that was shipped to a wrong address. Received a call from Denise who spent 30 minutes taking care of me. She went above and beyond her means to make sure I receive my order same day despite it being at an address that was 45 miles away from where I currently live. She took charge and called Amazons direct line and connected me to a rep who took care of my issue. Denise displayed exceptional kindness and professionalism. With all the low reviews that precede this, maybe they all just need a bit of Denise in their life. read more

i ordered supplies that i needed for work through Amazon prime. as a prime member I expected my package for same day delivery i called dynamex talking to someone for over 30 mins just plain rude and unprofessional she couldnt help me, she then transferred me to Denise who handled my complaint with patience and great customer service support. i was at a level 10 of anger she brought me back down to a 1. Dynamex is lucky to have her, if you have a complaint in the future with this company go straight to Denise she will fix everything. don't waste your time with customer service. read more
