I went in today at a time really close to closing. I am so appreciative for this business being open on Saturday. I was invited to sit in the adjustment waiting area. It's an open area where adjustments take place. The chiropractor greeted me, listened to my concerns and helped to rid me of my pain to give me a better day to look forward to! He offered friendly service and springs right to healing. I have sessions I pre-paid for headed towards the front door, I thanked the girl/assistant and she was not busy at that moment , she said bye and she wished me a good day. I would give a 5 star review but the front desk is the worst assistant/secretary whatever she is. She's rude, condescending and gets a zero for communication. This girl belongs in the dmv not a chiropractors office. Even the way she answers the phone she answers like she's doing us a favor. Worst service at all. I need to make more regular visits here. Back pain is always gonna be part of my life, but I've found that I have a better "quality of life" when I'm dropping in regularly. I typically have to push myself out of bed in the mornings and hold onto something when I feel a sneeze coming on. I've found that regular visits have helped me with those issues.
