Before its conversion from a full-service car wash to its current format with Unlimited car wash memberships, I frequently told friends and family it was the best car wash experience anywhere. With the move away from full service, the quality declined quickly and significantly. This has been especially true when I pay the extra cost of the now optional full-service wash. Despite management's substantial investment in upgrading the facility, this customer satisfaction has decreased. NOW THE GOOD NEWS! On Thursday, June 25, 2026, my wife and I returned from a 4,800-mile road trip. It was very much in need of a wash. We was greeted by a young lady with a warm smile and opted for the full-service wash. I asked her to request special attention to the windshield, inside and out, and she said she would note it. She sprayed the front of the car and the windshield for bugs, and I drove into the wash. Exiting the wash, I was directed to a finishing area. My wife and I exited the car and opted to wait a while in the air-conditioned waiting room, where we remained for 10-plus minutes. Once outside, we saw the car wasn't yet complete and sat in the shade, where I could see several people working on it. It didn't take long for me to realize I was witnessing wash-finishing and attention to detail like I hadn't experienced in years. Many years! When the young man who appeared to be the lead was finally satisfied, he called for the owner. I introduced myself and my wife and told him how impressed I was with his work and that of the whole team. He told me his name was Jake, asked me to inspect the car, and walked around it with me. It looked great, and I told him so. He then gave me a Mister business card with his name written on it, and a QR Code where I could leave a review. I was totally impressed with our car wash and with Jake. After getting in the car, we drove around the building to the entry lanes, where we were again warmly greeted with a big smile. I told the young lady how thoroughly impressed we were with both the car wash and crew and asked to put a tip on our card. When completed, she asked if I had the names of the crew members besides Jake and offered to write them down for me. I thanked her for suggesting that, and she gave me their first names. To the crew who made our day and restored our faith in Mister Car Wash: JAKE, MAYSEN, DELANEY, AND GISSELLE - THANK YOU! I just come for the clean, spacious, well-lit car wash bays equipped with pressure washers. I suggest using a credit card to pay with because if you use coins, you cannot pause the wash and may end up wasting water/product. I usually stay within budget of $40/below and can comfortably wash my vehicle twice a month. I'm a newb and take 2-3 hours a wash. Seasoned self-washers can probably do it each week given the same amount of money in less time. Four manual car wash bays, one automatic with brushes. I'll add some photos later.

I do feel like that could have been said when making an appointment, since I drove around, passing 3 times before I found it. Anyway the owner (forgot his name) is super pleasant and kind. I got that just over the phone. Once there he and an associate came and greeted me at my car. He asked some questions, took my key, and got to it. As he said, he was done within a few hours. I had forgotten to take the stuff out of my car before leaving the house that morning so they had to put everything in my trunk. It was a good amount of stuff so I was thankful he was so gracious about it. I got the full detail which was $175 along with a $25 add on for pet hair. I appreciate him explaining that fee to me as well before hand as well as the tiers for it and what may cause it to go to the next tier, as well as what's involved that requires he add the fee. As a woman, it felt like they saw I would be an easy customer to not provide the best service to especially when I called an hour past when my vehicle was supposed to be finished asking for an ETA. I made an appointment several days prior and when I arrived a few minute early, I was told the walk in ahead of me would be prioritized and they'd "get to my car when they could". What was quoted as a 3 hour wait quickly turned into 6+. For that amount of time I expected it to be great, however I quickly saw that was wrong. The door windows were not washed, there was a visible reside on the inside windshield that required re-cleaning, the back window and the space below it clearly had not been touched as there was still dust, and there was still dirt in the console and cup holders. I ended up having to clean much of the inside of the car again, and probably should have just done it myself to begin with. Additionally, my car is several years old and I was aware of a few dings on the hood from wear and tear. The pressure washer used however was clearly too strong and chipped off the paint in several spots on the hood where there was any dent. Paint retouch is one of their "specialities" but because they damaged it to begin with I didn't even bother to request a repair because I wouldn't trust them to do it. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere in town for detailing.

This car wash has great brushes with soap for washing the car by hand, and they have a foam wax if you choose the hand wash. I LOVE the do it yourself version, however they also have an automatic car wash option as well. I saw an employee power washing a stall after some one had cleaned an engine. That means they actually care. The vacuums are work, and I have met the nicest people there. For all of us do it yourself -ers....this is a solid find!
