All of this to say I'm sadly disappointed in the pedi itself. The office and their associates are wonderful. Friendly and attentive, I had my questions answered and never felt like I was a hassle or a burden. Needless to say, the appointment was more educational than it was an actual MediPedi. Dr. Sha is very friendly and made me smile at first meet with a funny greeting. I was a little cranky since I hadn't eaten but he quickly lifted my spirits. The appointment: We sat and spoke for about 30 mins. I'm so informed and found things out about my feet that I'd never known. It's clear that Dr. Sha loves what he does. One thing I've noticed about the health industry is that they're quick to shove surgery and pills into you. This office doesn't stand on that. The goal is to avoid surgery and to avoid unnecessary means by actually figuring out the cause of the problem and fixing it as best as possible through all alternative avenues. I admire that. But on to the actual service. I'm not sure if it's the fact that it was paid for through Groupon or if this is just the standard here but not too much was done to make me feel a complete difference in my feet. The pedi part took all of about 10-15 mins. For $59, I'm not sure that I'm comfortable with what I got and I'm left wondering if the visit was worth it at all and whether a pedicure at a nail salon with some informational reading would've sufficed. My feet are just as ashy as they were when I walked in although they filed and scraped my problem areas down pretty nicely. She misread my x-ray entirely, which led to a multiple month quest to treat her…read moreincorrect diagnoses (guesses really) of gout, tendinitis, etc. I was bouncing around from doctor to doctor because they didn't know what they were treating since the x-ray supposedly showed no break/fracture. Luckily I was eventually referred to a competent podiatrist who took more than one x-ray and was able to identify a fracture immediately. Of course, since there was no diagnosis months ago, now my insurance won't cover several of his recommended treatments for a slow healing fracture. Amazing. I've been a user of Yelp for years but this is my first review since I just had to share this with anyone reading. I'm just amazed at the gross neglect in this case. Not to mention, she sold my orthotics for triple the price of Amazon. Beware!

This will be a no-star review…read more Keep in mind; this is my first visiting Happy Feet Podiatry - I called to check-in, the woman answered the phone, asked for my name, and said, 'we will be with your shortly,' then abruptly ending the call without providing no further introductions on what to do next. Full transparency- I'm siting in my car from the parking lot downstairs. Now heading for the suit 303, I called again to ask what's the process and was told again, 'we will be with you shortly,' ....okay, no problem. I made it to the door no less than 2 mins after. I sat outside patiently waiting, people coming and going .... Still nothing. After waiting for 20 minutes, I walked up to the door and called the number again, asking for status. I was then told I would need to reschedule! Wait, what, why would I need to reschedule if I made it to the Appt on time and waited as I was told? After a brief back and forth with the woman on the phone, someone comes outside with the attempt to scold me about not following instructions. What instructions, none was provided, to begin with! Needless to say, I didn't continue with the appointment because I was treated poorly from the start. This was a complete waste of my time. I'm sure they have good doctors, but your office staff represent the Happy Feet practice and should be less petty and more professional when asked to clarify the check-in progress.
