Not only did my car come back running great but it looked practically brand new because of how great the detailing came out. I believe I had the boss package detail which was around $150 but worth every penny. Car was showroom condition and smelled great inside. The repair costs were also very reasonable and cheaper then most other mechanic shops around the area. And I also checked out the used car side of The Carfather shop and ended up buying a cheaper car at a good deal with financing even though I didn't have the best credit. My overall experience here was really above expectations and the staff were straight forward with me and honest about all costs through the entire process. I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.
