This place was not good at all.. the person doing my nails made me bleed 3 times, as well as didn't match the color I wanted ! Definitely go here if you want something basic or further more want to bleed. They were very aggressive from the start to end.would not recommend. As well as crazy over priced, color 5 dollars? DO NOT GO HERE!! Sanitation, service and quality were horrible! So we're here from out of town for an undetermined amount of time and I needed just a quick gel manicure. I currently have gel extensions and wanted them to be removed and then subsequently have my nails cleaned up and polished. I have gel extensions on my nails so wanted them removed and a basic gel manicure. The first sign should have been when they used drillbits and files that look like they had been worn down for months. When it came to polishing, I initially asked her if I needed to wash my hands and she said no don't worry about it. She was literally going to paint my nails with all of the dust still on them, but I was adamant to wash my hands first. Once she started painting, there was a point where she was going to add clear, but the polish wasn't dry so rather than just put my hand back under the lamp, they insisted on arguing with me about the polish being dry, so of course, I insisted on putting my hands back under the lamp. They then put cuticle oil on my nails, which smelled incredibly old and stale and once we got to that point, I just said this is enough and proceeded to pay and leave I paid $45 which is not a bad price for what I asked for however the sanitation, service the seemingly lack of knowledge was absolutely crazy. I am trying to find away to report them for the use of these nail files and drills. read more

will never go here again. nails were rushed and janky. nails are all sorts of different shapes and lengths. workers were rude. nails are chunky and not smooth. didn't even use the color i picked. got up and got a completely different color. then not once asked if i liked the color or shape. then after he was done, he asked very quickly if i could pay knowing darn well that the job he did on my nails were atrocious. read more

I have visited this nail salon twice now and both experiences were amazing! Both times I asked for a full acrylic set and received exactly what I envisioned. I'm not one to have someone else do my nails, as this is the second time I've had them done in 5 years at a salon, so I like to think I'm picky, and they looked perfect both times! In this review, I'm not including customer service as a major aspect of my visit... as I understand there is a language barrier and different cultural backgrounds, meaning it is not my place to make assumptions. Although, the nail tech that did my nails this most recent times was one of the men that worked there and he did a great job at making sure I was happy with his work throughout the process and kept me very involved... The service here needs major improvement. They need like a Gordon Ramsey of nail salons. For one, they seemed very annoyed about me and a couple of peers coming in. They weren't very busy at all. All of my friends waited a long time. So long, in fact, my feet were about to shrivel off. There might've been an appointment scheduled ahead of us but it was maybe one other woman. As a customer, it is very important to be able to converse with the nail techs. None tried to make conversation and it was very transparent that they only cared about regular customers. That being white women 35 and older who could afford pedicures weekly and big tips. Instead of me, who treats herself every so often but still tips well. I will come back here if I absolutely have to, but Spa Royale has nicer employees and that's a seller for me. read more

I had a mani/pedi and the elderly lady used the tool on my cuticles you would use for artificial nails and left some areas bleeding. I asked about getting my eyebrows plucked, and I was told no one does that in Kansas. read more

I was at Dynamic Nails for over 2 hours for a dip manicure. The estitician did not know what she was doing and it took her over an hour to complete my manicure. I wanted a floral design on a couple of my nails, but after waiting for 2 hours, I was told that it could not be done. The estitician was rough and jerked my hands around. I was not satisfied with my nails and their efficiency was very poor. I would not recommend going here. read more

When I first walk in the guy sat me down and I waited like 25 minutes to just look over and see him on his phone...The guy who took me in was constantly on his phone. And he smacked my hand twice and told me to relax my hand!!! read more

My friend and I came in to get our nails done for prom this last weekend. I had called in asking for a mani/pedi and no further questions were asked about what kind just asked for my name and phone number. The pedicure was amazing the ladies were nice and my toes look amazing. We were then asked if it was a regular manicure to which we responded we'd like acrylics. (We come from a small town and our manners are very well practiced so if they would've told us no to acrylics we would've been fine with it). Got done with our pedicures which again were awesome. And the owner proceeds to tell my friend (who didn't even set up the appointment) that is changing to acrylics messed all of them up and that they didn't have enough technicians available. She is also leaving a review about her individual experience (worse than mine). My acrylics took forever and still manage to look rushed and sloppy, uneven and just not what I wanted. Any other time I have gotten acrylics I can be pretty rough on them and still have them hold up nicely with in 24 hours one of my nails cracked from barely bending them picking something up. The more I look at them the more upset and frustrated I get. Moral of the story is if you didn't have time or personnel for you to do acrylics on us you could've said no, instead of playing the money game and rushing though our nails. I paid $95 and still left a $10 tip because I know what it's like to work in a service industry, but the more I look and realize the treatment my friend and I dealt with I shouldn't have left anything. read more

It was my first time going to Dynamic Nails and I absolutely loved it! Andy did an amazing job. I had previously gotten my nails done at another salon in town. I went into Dynamic for a fill. Andy was very upset with the way my nails were and said he typically wouldn't fill nails that came in looking as terrible as mine. He said he would do mine this one time. He took his time and made them look phenomenal! read more

I'm really disappointed in the service we had today. I made an appt for myself and 2 other woman to get pedicures and a manicure. They told us they only had time for pedicures, which is fine. We arrived at our appt and were told they could only do basic pedicures because they were really busy, again it was fine but disappointing that we couldn't pay more to get extra pampering. What really upset us was that I asked for nail art and the technician hesitated and just laughed (again too busy) but did it anyway and then my MIL asked for it and they told her they were too busy. We reminded them that we had an appt....they said they just couldn't. They were taking walk-ins and often declining people for services. I understand that they are busy but it's not fair to those who make appts to get declined services such as nail art that takes a few extra minutes when they keep taking in those without appointments. We explained this to the owner and she made it right by doing nail art on my MIL which literally took 3-4 mins to do...Some technicians were friendly and others were unfriendly. It's hit and miss there. They told us to come back on a Monday for Tuesday if we ever want to get extra services. read more
