I was an early customer and I was only getting a gel manicure, pretty simple. The tech decided to soak my hands to remove current gel, no biggie as this is how it is done but she didn't wait long enough and proceeded to use the dremel to remove polish. This is a problem as I have natural nails. I noticed this is their standard procedure as the they did the same thing to the woman beside me. While she was doing this I noticed how unclean the place was, and unclean is being conservative. Then I noticed that they did not disinfect the pedicure stations between uses nor sterilize the trimmers, cuticle cutters or any tools that were metal. By this time, I was in too deep. I should have left but I didn't so that is on me. I chose black gel (I always do black) which is a difficult color and it takes precision to obtain great results. So now I have polish on my skin, some missing from sides of nails, lumps and bumps where she applied unevenly not to mention the bubbles in the top coat. I didn't even want her to try and fix them, if she didn't do it right the first time, no seconds for me. Save the OVER PRICED manicure and go somewhere else!

I currently have gel extensions and wanted them to be removed and then subsequently have my nails cleaned up and polished. I have gel extensions on my nails so wanted them removed and a basic gel manicure. The first sign should have been when they used drillbits and files that look like they had been worn down for months. When it came to polishing, I initially asked her if I needed to wash my hands and she said no don't worry about it. She was literally going to paint my nails with all of the dust still on them, but I was adamant to wash my hands first. Once she started painting, there was a point where she was going to add clear, but the polish wasn't dry so rather than just put my hand back under the lamp, they insisted on arguing with me about the polish being dry, so of course, I insisted on putting my hands back under the lamp. They then put cuticle oil on my nails, which smelled incredibly old and stale and once we got to that point, I just said this is enough and proceeded to pay and leave I paid $45 which is not a bad price for what I asked for however the sanitation, service the seemingly lack of knowledge was absolutely crazy. I am trying to find away to report them for the use of these nail files and drills.

Well, she did not give me an ombre and what I ended up with were weird highlights that started at the middle of my hair with very obvious lines of where they started. It was horrible! At first I thought I needed to wait a little for the color to even out, but nope! Also, the left side of my hair was much lighter than the right side. Everyone that saw my hair couldn't believe I actually paid for it. It looked as though I gave myself highlights.
