This provider was a god send to my whole family and we are very much looking forward to him…read morereturning to medicine. We need him back. Ive been through SEVERAL providers since my last appointment with him. Its been a nightmare to put it mildly. Dr Grierson is one of the rare few left who genuinely care about his patients and listens. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say and what your needs are. He pays attention to your medical history and if you have family members in his care as well he pays attention to the genetic aspect also. I remember my very last appointment with him (not knowing it was my last ) he asked at the end if I needed any referrals put in or tests ordered.... I wish I would've asked for a few then not knowing that the providers I would be seeing for years to come would laugh at me or ignore me when I suggest a certain lab test or a referral to a specialist. With Grierson you get to be a part of your care plan.

I began seeing him for some serious issues with early onset psoriatic arthritis as well as my regular primary care physician in the early 2000's within our hometown of Stanwood. For approx ten years he provided me with excellent care and referrals to specialists and I always felt like he genuinely cared about his patients and that my well being mattered to him. I can recall that he had delivered so many babies in the town and surrounding area that he devoted an entire wall of photos with happy parents and their newborns. He loved people and was always a pleasure to see. I always felt I could be open and honest to trust him with any issue I chose to share with him. Eventually the clinic in Stanwood had been bought out by a larger healthcare company (as most have over the years) and I lost touch with where Dr Grierson had gone following his departure. So after about 3 years luck was on my side and I had heard that he was once again practicing just a few miles away in Marysville. Although the quality care and help he gave me was always present, the corporate care structure is a little different and not for the better in my opinion, but I was grateful to be able to get in to see him again and I still remain a client today. I just want to thank him and say that no matter what the circumstances, he's an exceptional healthcare professional and a great person. If he returns to practice at some point I would be one of the many patients trying to get onto his patient list because he's a valuable asset to the healthcare industry and part of what makes the American healthcare system a little more tolerable. I know many would stand in solidarity with Dr Grierson and I would be proud to let anyone know that he's one of the best now just as I have for many years. If there's a clinic, corporation or medical practice that's lucky enough to have him they better not think twice because good doctors that are compassionate and humane don't come around too much anymore and it saddens me to think that he's not doing his life's work, especially if he isn't ready to retire He is the rare gem that should be appreciated and grateful to have him work in their clinic or community and we need him. If you see this Dr Grierson I thank you for all the years I was fortunate enough to have a doctor that was kind and informative on any issue I was concerned about. That isn't common in very many healthcare clinics today. The corporations and pharmaceutical companies have a stranglehold and monopoly on the care we get and profit always comes first in this country,l. Healthcare is a matter of life and death and therefore profit motives should not exist within that construct I hope you know you're important to so many people. We need you and we care about you as much as you've shown that you care about us, your colleagues and community and the well being of your community. I hope you come out of this with the dignity and respect you have truly earned doing good works for those who truly need it. Wishing you all the best and I know it's a little selfish in part, but I really hope to see you practicing again.

The staff is great and so helpful explaining things to me. They work really well with my baby regardless of how well rested he is. Scheduling and payment with insurance is easy. They also were happy to decrease frequency when we made progress and want to make sure that we're set developmentally before completing our time with them. My son probably loves this place the most since there are so many fun toys .

We saw Staci Scott at Village Pediatrics for ADHD med management and genetic testing review…read more Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience with no useful recommendations. Our teen arrived unwell and we asked if she should wear a mask but were told no (headache, nausea, post-flu), mentioned it repeatedly, but there was no basic empathy or accommodation--no temp check, no relief suggestions, and loud talking continued despite requests for quiet. When our teen felt like vomiting and nearly passing out, the response felt dismissive. The appointment ended abruptly after Staci got upset, stormed out, and left us with no med plan or next steps. Our kid ended up throwing up in the waiting area with no follow-up help or call afterward. We own that our teen was moody (sick + ADHD), but we expected better de-escalation skills, empathy, and flexibility--especially from a specialist in teen ADHD. Lacked strong interpersonal skills and neurodiversity awareness in tough moments. Wouldn't recommend. Look at her google reviews as other families had a similar experience. Kristi the other nurse only works one day a week and the other one left. There's no other "medical" staff so you'll likely be stuck with Staci and no alternatives. We have never seen a single person there in the photo she has of her practice.

It's not an exaggeration to say that Staci came through for us in the biggest way when we felt like we were drowning. She has continued to do so for nearly 10 years and for all four of our children. She always gets us in same day if needed, is punctual, spends a lot of time with us, and never makes us feel rushed. Staci responds to messages same day and gets refills in for us as quickly as humanly possible if I ever drop the ball. Staci has been tireless in her efforts to help us find answers to challenging medical issues, and she is always current on the latest research. She is kind and patient with my children, even on their hardest days. If you have a neurodivergent child, I cannot recommend Staci enough. The front office staff (Katelyn and Sara) are wonderful too. They know me and all of my children on a first name basis, and it feels like they bend over backwards to always help me whenever I am in a bind, whether it's trying to fit me into a very full schedule, get a message to Staci between appointments, deal with insurance, you name it. They are welcoming and kind to my children, and always try to help them find a favorite sticker, no matter how long it might take them to decide . On rare occasions when Staci is unavailable, we have seen other practitioners and have always been pleased with their care. The office is clean and warm and friendly, and feels like a comfortable and safe space to my children. My youngest is 2 and he recently started pretending that one of his cars is named Dr Staci. If one of his brothers has an appointment, he always wants to go too. All of my children would agree, Staci and Village Pediatrics feel like a part of our family in the best way possible.

The personal service, dedication, and persistence we get from Dr. Shlafer is unparalleled, and far above the norm. This is why we recommend him to anyone that will listen. With four kids, we have seen our share of medical issues and emergencies. Dr. Shlafer is humble, yet confident, and he is always laser focused on the best interest of his patient. He won't always tell you what you want to hear, but instead he will provide you with a balanced, researched, and heart felt medical opinion. He will be your best advocate in your biggest times of need. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and first hand experiences throughout his career, yet he is always willing to admit if something is outside of his scope. Dr. Shlafer maintains a strong network of the best doctors in the Northwest, and will never leave a patient hanging when in need. If he can't help, he will get you to the front of the line with someone who can. Personally, we look to Dr. Shlafer as a friend and an extension of our family. Our children look forward to visiting Dr. Shlafer, and love his great sense of humor. After over 16 years we still hear new jokes every time we visit, and no one can get a smile out of a sick kid like he can. Sincerely, Catherine and Jesse Thompson (and the whole family!)

If your child has ASD, do not bring them here. Not only have I noticed weird looks while waiting in…read morethe lobby by some of the nurses.. but yesterday I took my daughter in to check on something, and it required a urine sample. My daughter is 5 and not fully potty trained, some basic research would tell you that this is very typical behavior in children with ASD, especially of her level. I say this because: Looks I can ignore, but one of the nurses had the audacity to walk into the room and say "A little old mom".. those exact words. With FULL confidence and little attitude. I immediately was shocked and when they came back to the room, I (as politely as I could) said I was going to take my daughter somewhere else and that it is extremely unprofessional (and rude!) to say something like that. She then tried to say "I'm sorry you feel that way" to which I said "no, you took a direct jab at me and that's not right. Especially as a nurse." I explained that my daughter is learning at her pace, her father and I ask/offer every single day (with much praise) to have her use the toilet, but we aren't going to force her.. that's more psychologically damaging than what we are currently doing. She did try to come and apologize as I was complaining to the front office, but the damage was done. I did my best to not raise my voice and even ended on a "I hope you have a good day" to everyone, like I did every single time I came in before that.. It was a younger pregnant lady, but she is well old enough to know better. So take that as you will, I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this pediatricians office to anyone, especially children on the spectrum. Thank you for reading.

My now 6-foot-tall son is 19 years old and still see Dr. Ginsberg! Dr. Ginsberg is easily a 5 out of 5 stars provider, she cares about her patients. She treats her patients with so much respect that my two teens/young adult feels so safe with her. The billing department on the other hand is an absolute nightmare. First, the hold time is ridiculous, once connected, keep your fingers crossed that you are dealing with a staff member that is competent and compassionate and LISTENS! We've had some insurance challenges lately and been talking to the insurance company and then relaying messages back to Allegro since March of 2025. Have dealt with Denise, Lexi and Cassandra, all 3 pleasant and tried their best to help. Lisa, on the other hand is rude and incompetent. As another review mentioned, Lisa does not seem to care. From the get-go of her answering the call, she was telling me "Hold hold hold hold!!!!", "oh oh oh hang on", "let's get to one thing", "just answer my question". Then told me "I am putting you on hold" - all in 5 minutes or less. When I responded with "No, you don't even know what my question is", she said "I am putting you on hold anyway". Today, the office manager Radu called to extend their apology and explained that Lisa was perhaps trying to read the notes on my account? Perhaps, but there is certainly a civil way to tell the customer that. Although, based on other reviews mentioning Lisa in particular, this seems like a pattern of the "I just don't care" behavior. An employee represents the company, in the short 5 minutes conversation, Lisa made us feel unwelcome, unvalued.

It's now 2:30 PM, and we are still waiting to see the doctor. I had informed the office in advance that my daughter has swim lessons at 3:30 PM, but they still told me we would have to wait because the doctor is busy with other patients. This delay has been frustrating, especially when managing two kids' appointments back-to-back and other commitments. Timely appointments are important for families, and I hope the clinic can work on improving wait times.

We made an 11:50 appointment online, and were called back into the room at 11:37. From registration to the medical care, I felt as though everyone was friendly and welcoming. The first thing I noticed, though, was how spotless the facility was! Jennifer F. was our RN, and she was thorough, informative, calm, and great at explaining everything to my young daughter. Then came in Dr. Dane, who had the perfect personality for a pediatric MD: funny, energetic, patient, and kind. He thoroughly examined my daughter and thought outside of the box in regards to what could be causing her problems. Both spent a lot of time with us. I could tell that Dr. Dane was really thinking about everything, and trying to make sure he wasn't leaving any possibilities off of the table. We left feeling reassured, and happy with the plan they gave us. Going forward, this will be our go-to place for after hours pediatric care. Please note that it's highly advised that you make an appointment prior to arrival, or you may not be seen if they are inundated with patients. They make this very clear on their website. Only same-day appointments are available, but you can choose from 4 locations and they open the appointments for the day in the early hours of morning. Very happy with our care today. Thanks, Jennifer and Dr. Dane!
