She was standing next to a rack of stainless steel polish and other consumables used to maintain the appliances. The sales people on the initial purchase were aggressively lazy, just sitting at the desk and we had to approach them and ask for help. They contradicted each other when we asked questions about the appliances and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Oh, may as well add my machine came with a booklet of coupons for rinse aid, detergent and machine cleaner. On closer inspection, the coupons expired 7 months ago.
