After a long hold time, I was informed it would be another hour, and "sorry someone should have called you" Another hour? When my pickup time ended at 5 o'clock? NO THANKS! I am happy to post an update: Borchers came out this morning to pick up my rug, with sincere apologies. And an assurance that they would work with my time frame to return the rug. My parents and grandparents have always used Borchers, and now I will as well.

I had used another company previously and they were here for 20 minutes and didn't even move the couches to get the entire rug. MCT was here for over an hour.
