This car wash is always busy! Another packed Moo Moo location but glad this one is here! Ran through today but one of my regular spots. Located on 5th off of Olentangy River Road in the Grandview area. I did the whole plus wash though I do have a subscription. Single wash price point is high (for me at least) and Moo Moo just had a price increase this month (Jan 2026) on individual washes and packages. I am a fan of this location. Wash does a good job, my only complaints is the dry. It doesn't do that well. In summer not too bad but not getting out in January to touch the dry up. read more

I have the monthly $22 basic wash (just increased from $20 on Jan 1st) so I use it often. This Moo Moo is by my place so I keep my car cleaned. This place has been great, good service. Sometimes the monthly line gets backed up out to West 5th Avenue so I'll wait for another day. read more

The service is almost always fast, there's consistently a vacuum bay open when I need one, and the free vacuums after the wash are hands-down the most powerful I've ever used at any car wash. This makes the third or more times I've had trouble accessing a car wash! I told the manager Alex that I'm on automatic payments he refused to allow me to get a car wash! Furthermore Moo Moo has charged two of my cards after I changed payment method. They don't answer the customer service phone number when I tried to call! Just like companies they win your trust and then start slacking on the quality! I've went through their car washes where there wasn't any soap! I stopped in and chose the Crème de la Crème wash because it had been a WHILE since I washed the car. It set me back $18 and I was hopeful that the various extras included in that package would bring my car to a never-before-seen level of clean. Beyond the air freshener that they provided, I couldn't really justify the cost of the Crème de la Crème versus some of their more value-conscious washes. There was still some (presumably) bird gunk on my driver's side window that I had to buff out after the fact. And while the car was mostly dry afterwards, I still needed to wipe it down to get the exterior totally dry. It's worth saying that the service I received was good - from the person at the pay station helping out, to the person ushering me onto the track that takes you through the wash, to the attendant who turned on my vacuum as I approached the bay in my car. All in all, I would return but likely choose the Whole or Low-Fat wash. read more

most locations are good, however the new albany location is the WORST.Every time i go there I leave planning to cancel my membership. Poor customer service, always seems like staff is unorganized.... I was there today and the employee waved for me to pull through and the gate closed on the hood of my car. I spoke with tbe "manager on duty" and all he wanted to do was tell me about how the gates worked. Did not care to hear that I was instructed to pull up and the gate hit the front of my car. Canceling my subscription now. Too many other options that I am sure can offer better service. read more

The man who took my card had a relentless sales pitch in which he called me sweetheart three times. It was so weird and uncomfy. The man who gave me lollipops for my child also called me sweetheart. Unless they're playing a game of who can say it to customers the most (would be a fun way to pass the time, I imagine) it was inappropriate. It's nice to be fun and personable but sweetheart is so weird. My six year old daughter was very confused about all the sweethearts. read more

Handy on a sunny cold day when I was really noticing the crud on my car. Had the interior detailed, which made the outside seem even worse. No line on a weekday morning. Moo Moo has the best value single-wash: super cheap basic, or $12 for fairly fancy. I don't do it often enough to make a club worth it, and Moo Moo is the best option for what I need. Foamy, comprehensive wash. Flashing lights for the kids. Good dryer. In and out easily and quickly. read more

What a huge disappointment! I left a floor mat behind and when I went back the next day I was told they throw them immediately away...don't even keep them for one day. The attendant said they wouldn't have room to store all the mats left behind because it happens so often. Really? Couldn't save for 24 hours? I signed up for 2 months for a special ($20/month for the first 2 months) They charged me at the time and then tried to charge me a couple days later at 4:40am and then again a few days later. My bank flagged it of course as fraud. I got a new bank card. I wanted to update that with them. I called and left a voice message. I got 3 calls from a guy who finally left a voicemail stating I would get a call Monday to go over it (MLK day 2025). Since then I have received today alone 17 phone calls!!! 17! Starting at 7:32am. I have told multiple people to stop calling. Now I dont want any more services, nor will i ever go back. The company communication is obviously ZERO and I have had to block every number they call from because that is just ridiculous!! When the weather is nice, we wash cars in Ohio. Let's be honest... That's no secret. I drive by this car wash often and I finally decided to give it a go over the weekend. More than anything, my car needed vacuumed up and I knew I could get that done for free here, but when in Rome, right? While it was a busy day, I was lucky enough to pull in right before the line got so long it was backed up into 5th avenue. It took about 15-20 minutes before it was my time to pick my wash, pay, and go through the pearly gates. Once there, the process was quick and easy. They have an attendant there to help guide your car into the wash and from there, it's a breeze. I was handed a wipe, small towel, and car freshener and I was ready to go. The actual car wash process only takes a few minutes and from there, I took a quick turn around the building and found a vacuum station and got to work. My car was super dirty and the wash did a fairly good job at getting all the gunk and grime off. There were a few spots that needed wiped down but I was overall pleased. The vacuums also worked crazy well. My floors seriously looked brand new. I'll definitely be back. read more

Bc theyre on every block, its convenient to get a membership. So since ive bought my car, they are who ive gone to. Ive had my car for almost 3 yrs & since ive been going to moo moo. My gloss is dulling & i have developed scratches from their brushes & or fiber rags. There's no way of proving it being i didnt see the scratches until i got home & parked next to another black car which blocked all other reflexions so i can see them clearly. They also never get my car completely clean, almost always have to go through twice & still my tires never get clean nor my rear window & grill. Im honestly getting tired of the brush washes on every corner. I need to see more touchless washes. If i had the time & space, i would wash my own car. 2 stars for the convenience, but i have to stop my membership bc they're f'n up my paint. read more

The free vacuums here could just about suck the paint off your car lol - pro tip use one close to the enormous electric motor for the most powerful suction. After you're done with the inside, the basic wash is $7, but you have to skip through three different screens trying to sell you the unlimited wash plan. I confess...I love car washes. Especially between road salt in winter and spring pollen, getting my car clean is a huge relief! Moo Moo's Express is a go-to for me because of its free vacuums and adaptability - I can grab a $5 Fat Free wash or upgrade if I need it. I haven't tried anything above the $13 wash, but I am fond of the rainbow foam and they move quickly and left my car sparkling. After the wash, there are free vacuum stations with trash bins immediately to the right that let me get that deep clean I really want! read more

Okay I had the best experience ever at this car wash. I came through with my car covered in berries from the trees in the area and the guy comes up to me and says if the berries don't come off in the first round I can go back around for free. So I go back around and another guy comes up and is cleaning off my car to try and get rid of the berries as I'm in line for the next. And they let me go back in for free. Overall the two guys that helped me couldn't have been nicer and my car looked beautiful after I left!!! read more

This was a disappointing wash. I ordered the basic wash and my vehicle was nearly in the same state as when I went in. The side mirrors were still covered in dirty water droplets and my rear window still had soap all over it after the water-volume-lacking rinse. Overall, a huge waste of $7. read more

Who doesn't love a clean car?! I love a good car wash and the Grandview MooMoo is my go-to. They really do have the best free vacuums! The automatic car wash itself does a great job and I never have any complaints. The staff is friendly every time I interact with them. NISSAN OWNERS BEWARE! I originally had subscription at Buckeye Carwash with no issues but this carwash much closer. When I pulled up to vacuums after exiting Moo Moo Carwash, I saw the trim piece hanging down from wheel well. Manager on break so other employee took pics, suggested it was probably a nozzle that pulled it off and said I needed to complete an incident report. After I finished vacuuming, I went back to fill out incident report and met the manager who took more pictures but trim piece now entirely off of vehicle. This was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and so far, everyone had been courteous, understanding and reasonable. Ten days later the insurance company calls to inform me that they were declining my claim because ACCORDING TO THE INTERNET "Nissans are known for having trim pieces come off in carwashes." Trying to contain my laughs I immediately checked the internet to find many incidents of other vehicles having issues with Moo Moo Carwash. But I asked why use the internet when we have witnesses. He said the manager's (not the one I met) report differed from mine as his said that their brushes wouldn't cause the damage. My incident report did not say anything about the brushes. That was December 6 and it has been another ten days since I emailed Moo Moo Carwash directly to see if they value more the $100 cost of repair or a possible repeat customer with sphere of influence via family, friends and social associations. This Moo Moo right off of 315 on West 5th is really nice! They have three lanes with one lane being a member's only lane. I still waited forever to get in because you have to cut off all the other cars in the other two lanes (some people wait for an invitation). I feel like they should have an attendant here directing cars through because it seems like it could agitate other drivers and cause issues. The other thing that I like about this particular Moo Moo is that it has a long tunnel to thoroughly wash and dry your vehicle. It is very spacious, this makes maneuvering a lot easier and they have a bunch of vacuums as well. read more

I always have a very good experience at this car wash. I would say however it is unfortunate that there is always a line. I think that goes to show that it's a good car wash for a good price. I haven't had any issues with damages to my car, windshield wipers, etc. they also have a really good option for someone who likes to the car wash frequently with the express line. I don't get my car washed quite as often, so I usually just get the $8 option. Still good bang for your buck. read more

Moo Moo Car Wash has an outstanding concept, fast good car wash w free vacuums (they have added additional bays for more convenience) and the employee culture is outstanding- every employee is pleasant, respectful and will reach out to help the customer in any way. I use the car wash frequently and I'm always pleased w the result. Just a question- w the addition of the third VIP Lane how will traffic flow into one lane? The solution? Honestly, I am super bad with names... But last night (2.16.21) just before closing two younger gentleman went FAR out of their way to make sure I got home safely. I had been off-roading in my Jeep, but with the temperatures being so cold, any and all snow/ice/mud caked into my wheels. I understand this isn't an issue for most people, but for me, my beadlocks were completely thrown off balance. I couldn't hold the steering wheel straight if I was going over 10 mph. And I had ~15 miles to go before I got home, and I searched near and far for a self serve car wash, only to be disappointed. I have a monthly pass to Moo Moo, but I assumed due to the depth of cleaning required on my Jeep, they wouldn't let me through. I was astonished when the attendant waved me on. I went through the wash ~2 more times, and all of the mud was off of my Jeep, but the wheels were still off center/coated in ice. After talking to the two men about my struggles/trying to get home safely, one of the young men took the manual sprayer and literally sprayed my wheels until the ice melted. I hardly ever leave reviews, and we know most people focus on the negative. But shortly before closing time, these two men cared more about my well being than any other customer service employees I have met. They allowed me to have a safe drive home, and honestly, probably saved me thousands of dollars in repairs (let alone frostbite if I would have found a DIY car wash) TL;DR give these two employees the raise they deserve. The car wash cleaned my car very good. I went there after running into a cicada swarm on the expressway. 99% of the left over cicada's were gone. The only thing is the entrance, a bottle neck of 2 lanes , sometimes 3 lanes to one lane. But other than that , I would recommend it. read more

This place is super close to where I live so I can easily go every now and then to get a car wash! I usually go for the "Low Fat" option which is just your basic wash and it still leaves my car spotless. It is very easy to follow the step by step directions to know what to do during the wash. Only downside is during the winter there can be a line out onto the street, so try to go at less busy times if you want to be in and out fast. read more

Just ran through and the wash accomplished what I wanted; clean off the salt and get a quick wax to prevent rust. Was quick and easy to find. Attendant was friendly, usually auto car wash workers just shout and yell and walk away. I did the creme de la creme wash and they give you a wet sash cloth, window cloth to dry off soap spots, and a nice air freshener. Hits are that you have to enter the lot from 5th Ave, even though you can get to wash from other side. The way the parking lot is set up there is only one entrance, 5th Ave, and then you can exit either side of the wash. Second hit is that the dry wasn't very effective. I'm not here for a detail, just salt cleaning and prevention. But if I was going for that detail shine, would have to bring some towels and really dry off all the water and soap, especially side mirrors and back window. This is a pretty good car wash for a tunnel type wash. This isn't a hand car wash or a touch-less wash. There are brushes, so your car will get fine scratches in the clear coat finish without question. These won't be too noticeable at first but with repeated washes will become very apparent especially on darker colored cars in bright sunlight. But, there don't seem to be any hand car washes in Columbus that offer a safer wash for your car's finish. That being said, I was impressed with this car wash. First, know it can be extremely busy on nice days during winter. At times the line of cars spreads onto Fifth Avenue despite signs telling you not to stop on the street and block traffic lest you get a ticket from the police. You drive up to an ATM-like machine (there are two lanes) and make your wash selection. They have a variety of wash options from basic to advanced with cute dairy-based names (low fat, etc). See the photos for more details, or check their website. They also have unlimited wash packages you can buy at the kiosk. These can be pretty good deals; the top package is 32.99 a month for unlimited washes, for example. Since this wash costs $18 per wash usually, the package pays for itself after two washes. You can pay with cash or credit card. When it's your turn a gate opens and you drive up to the wash entrance. An attendant guides you in so your car is properly lined up. Then you enjoy the ride through the tunnel. I got the creme de la creme package which includes a little pack with a dash towelette, another towel, and an air freshener which the attendant gives you when you drive into the wash. Although it was busy the line moved fast. I don't think the whole process took more than 10 minutes. After you exit the wash they have banks of complimentary vacuums you can use. It did a pretty good job. I was particularly impressed with the tire shine you get with the top of the line wash package. It looked good! Yes, there were some spots missed. Overall, though, for a tunnel wash it did a pretty good job! And, despite it being very busy it was a very quick process! read more

This is an OK tunnel style car wash if you want a quick and decent (not great) wash. There's often a line, but it moves pretty quickly. You pay with cash or card at an ATM-like machine. Prices range from basic for $5 to the creme de la creme at $18 (being a baller I tried the $18 one - :) ). It has tons of brushes and bristles inside which will cause small fine scratches in the clear-coat of the car which will get noticeable more and more over time. Overall it did a fairly decent job for a tunnel automatic car wash. It definitely misses some spots around the front grille and the trunk area. So, moo moo is a decent and quick automatic wash, but if you really want a thorough job and to baby your car you might want to check out a hand car wash in town. read more

I visited Moo Moo in Grandview on a late Friday morning. I had a Yelp Elite promotion for September that was good for one Crème de la Crème wax. This is typically an $18 wash and includes the "VIP package" according to their site. So there were a few cars in line, maybe 7, when I pulled in but the line went VERY fast. They have an employee at the front to ensure your car is in alignment which I appreciated. The wash itself took only a few minutes. Then onto the dryer which was quick. I skipped the free vacuum. Upon checking out my car afterwards, it looks shiny in some parts but still dirty in others (see pics below - taken ~30 min after the wash). I wouldn't pay $18 for this wash because I can hand wash it better myself. However, I can see where this is very convenient for people who are in a rush and/or don't have the capability of hand washing their cars. Also, the free vacuum offered is a great touch! read more

I first tried out this company's washes a few years back at the Dublin location. I wasn't that impressed but did like that it included the tire shine. Now that I'm a driver for Uber and Lyft I go through the wash several times a week. Until recently I'd only encountered mild annoyances. One problem you'll have at any of the locations is that the lines back up into the streets so sometimes you can't even get into the lines. They also close when it's very cold which is inconvenient if you need to wash off the salt. Another things is the way these locations are built, it's difficult to maneuver your car into the wash bay. They build them so that you have to turn in at odd angles. The wash itself is not great. Even the Creme de la Creme wash is more like a rinse-off. If I really cared about my car being spotless, I wouldn't be happy. It misses large sections and I've never not had gobs of soap still running down the car when I leave. Also, it's very misleading to charge more for the top package just to include a "dash wipe" which is not at all what you think it is. They hand you a moist towelette to wipe it yourself. The real issue here is the damage it causes to vehicles. It's not touchless so you'll have small swirls. That I can live with. It's the gouges, chunks, and scratches down to the metal that bother me. The day this happened to me, I had several dime-sized chucks taken out of the paint, plastic on the door handle gouged out, and deep scratches down to the paint on both sides from top to bottom. The guy who was in front of me also had these. We both talked to "Zach". Zach insisted that this wasn't possible despite it happening to both of us. What bothered me most is that the continued running cars through the hold time we talked while there was something wrong, scratching the cars. Zach told me he would be off the next day but would call me Friday. No call. It's been two weeks. Warning: If you do have a problem like mine, in order to report it, they make you sign a form stating that you'll get THREE separate estimates before they'll pay anything. Knowing how car repair places are, that's three days I'd have to take off work. I saw in another review that they offered to give someone a $100 gift card to their carwash for the damage.
