I appreciated her consultative assistance in helping me choose the right brand and VLT for my needs. The process only took about an hour. It's now day four, and I see tiny dots (air bubbles?), a lot of streaking and hazy/cloudy-looking windows. I've never had my windows tinted before so I'm hoping that this is part of the curing process because it looks a bit dirty. That being said, I must comment on how things were done. The person/people who performed the service did not cover my doors, and the solution that was sprayed created a sloppy mess of white spots on the fabric and residual drip stains on the interior of both front doors. I'm certain that this is NOT standard practice. I haven't yet rolled my windows down and now I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully the solution didn't drain inside my windows. I traveled a long distance to this merchant solely because my family recommended it. Now I'm disappointed over something that was completely avoidable. Here's hoping it's promptly alleviated. The first time I came in to get the tint done, I had the front lady come out and check the old tint…read moreon my car and she said it looks 35% and I was holding the sample tint (35%) next to my window with old tint, but the sample tint (35%) looked lighter so I told her it looks lighter and I asked her if they could bring out one of those tools that could show for sure that my windows are in fact 35% and not darker (because I don't want to go lighter than what I already have). Instead of bringing out a tool, they brought out this guy (he's nice) and he just looked at it and said it's 35%. So since I thought they're the pros, that it shouldn't be lighter, but after they installed it, it's lighter than my old tint... again I wanted to like the business because they are nice and it looks like they did a good job on the two rear window, even though I see a bit of peeling on the back window, I just ignored it. But they didn't want to help fix the mistake on the two front windows. I messaged them regarding this and they told me to come back and they'll "take a look at it". I drove far and when I got there, nobody took a look at my car and just told me they can't help with it. Too bad, I wanted to like the business but they did me wrong so I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others.

I decided to go with 30% tint on the driver and passenger side windows so I wouldn't have any trouble seeing at night. For the rear windows, I went with 5% to give it a more private look. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour. Not one bubble, no change in color of the tint. Second, Tinted our office windows. They asked questions to better understand the reason / need and made suggestions on product.
