This place is good. JD is super responsive and advised I can use my comprehensive insurance to cover my windshield replacement. I had no idea, I thought my premium would go up if I claimed anything, but he said he's been doing this 22 years and that's never happened. So we decided to go through insurance. He made it seamless, three-way called my insurance auto glass department and got the claim started. I got scheduled for the following week and got my replacement windshield. It was quick and easy, and I paid only my deductible. He has a nice, spacious waiting room upstairs above the shop with a foosball and pool table. I was originally planning on getting a windshield repair since nobody else could repair the crack and I have a high insurance deductible but JD found the fine print in my insurance policy for only a $50 glass deductible for a full windshield replacement! I was unsure at first because I didn't want my insurance rates to go up but he helped explain that my glass deductible was separate from collisions. Three days before my son has his behind the wheel driving test, the windshield in the car he had been practicing in, broke.
