We brought in three vehicles here for tinting service and they did an awesome job explaining the difference between the tints, warranty expectations, and estimated timeframe of completion. We brought in an Audi S3 for a re-tint / add-on service, and two brand new Teslas (3 + Y). The cars came out looking fresh and the aftercare instructions were clear. Got my Model 3 tinted here, 8 surfaces, their most expensive film. Excellent work. I got Air Blue for windshield as well, absolutely worth it, car is significantly cooler when left in the sun now. You can stick your hand from under the windshield and the heat from the sun is no longer felt. My recommendation is to go 5% (I did 15%) on the rear passenger windows, at least here in Los Angeles. They have comfortable area to wait in if you're not leaving the car. Its a friendly mom-and-pop shop, or son-and-mom looked like, with technicians doing the work. Got a new car and my first thought was I need tint to make this car look badass! Called around but I liked Tint Crews prices compared to others based on Ceramic tint. What's even more awesome if they are Korean/Asian owned tint shop which I was surprised by. When I initially called they were very communicative and gave me all their prices. Even when booking an appointment it was easy. I decided to get their Llumar CTX Ceramic tint 5% all around and 15% in front. They told me it would be 3 hours to do it but I stuck around with their free wifi to get some work done and it was way faster than expected. Very happy with my tint here and I would recommend them for anyone trying to get their tint done. We went to Tint Crew with our new Tesla Model 3, and Hogan spent a lot of time with us. We were confused about visual transmission and blockage, so he explained to us what each shade of Llumar IRX means. Hogan also waited patiently for us to decide the shade for the front windows. We are quite happy with our final choices. Tint Crew was also very accommodating with any schedule change. We made an appointment for 3 pm. Early on that day, we phoned them to see if we could take our car over much sooner so that we could pick it up early in the afternoon. They changed our appointment to 10:30 am, and had the ready for pickup by 1:45 pm. All in all, it was a very good experience. read more
