However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Never showed up to fix their poor job. We hired this "company" a week after we passed our windows inspection and renato was trying to conceive us that someone came AFTER they cleaned our windows and applied caulking. He also said that he came to check the job once it was done but its a LIE, he never came back , I was home and waiting for them to come back and nobody ever showed up.
