As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

Dr. Goldfarb did an implant for an area where i had no tooth for YEARS - and obviously needed bone graft- and I saw he was not planning on doing so- I questioned and was very surprised but he insisted there was no need! well he is the expert! needless to say I ended up with horrific infection, high fever, antibiotics for two weeks! and..it had to be removed!! of course I was not happy this office collected over $6,000.- (six thousands dollars) and did nothing!! when I tried to question and proved him wrong time and again- HE BLOCKED ME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR!! granted I was not suspicious, but I should have been more careful!! watch out!!

Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.

They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!
