Just moving into a new house, pressure washing was on our top priorities and after receiving several quotes from other companies, we decided to work with Nardis. Shane and his brother were so communicative and gave ample amount of warning time for when they would arrive and then when they were close by. Our house required a bit more love and care so they did need to come back and finish the back of the house, but they did so the very next afternoon. Reviewed Yelp and selected Nardi's for a 20'x30' brock paver patio at my condo. Bricks were soiled pretty bad, we've had condo 3 years and never had done before. Contacted Nardi's, easy to make a appointment, they came a week later and completed the job in 45 minutes. It was amazing just watching them pressure wash and the dirt and grime are rinsed away. They are also incredibly honest and professional. They cracked the outside faucet head by accident when hooking up their hoses. Shane and Tyler are awesome! They let me know that they were running a little behind, but were on their way. They did an extremely thorough job pressure washing my roof, patio, walls (they pretreated for spider webs), and gently washing my driveway with water. They were careful not to push the dirt into my pool. They flushed my gutters. They added a light spray of mildew retardant to the roof. They even did additional tasks I requested like replacing a tarp on my chimney and rinsing out my trash can when I asked. They didn't ask for more money for the little extras.
