I have contacted him multiple times and he has continually given me the run around. In March I even said "hey no hard feelings, it sounds like you're busy and I don't want to feel like a burden on you to keep asking for a quote but if you can't take care of my project I understand, just let me know so I can call someone else" and he said "no you're good but I can''t get to it until next month" which was fine with me but I still needed a quote first so we weren't wasting each other's time....he said I'll get it to you soon. That was a month ago, still haven't heard from him. Absolutely terrible communication, non existent to be exact. He seems like a nice enough guy speaking to him in person and to be honest I was excited to give him my business (as opposed to a big company) but he has completely wasted 3 months of my home project totally unnecessarily. If you decide to use him make sure to get a quote immediately or else he'll give you the run around about this that and the other and "he'll get it to you soon". Lesson learned!!

Where pieces of singles have been cut off and added to the shingles and you can see the keyways. I gave them the chance to come out and make it right. But when the guy did. He got up on my roof and got real made and said there is nothing wrong. They did not install my Heat Pump properly so after time the wind took t and moved it causing damage to my roof. He was so unprofessional that he just got off the roof and would not even look at the part that was real bad. He was real rude and mad at me for trying to let his company make it right before I called the General Contractor on him. They are real nice before they do the work. But if you have problems later because of something they did wrong. They will not stand behind it.

I pleaded with him that if he could do anything to get here sooner before the rain hit I would be very appreciative. He said he would try and lo and behold they were here yesterday in front of the storms, tore off the old and installed the new stick down, 2 layers with larger edge cap to stop the runoff onto the plaster also. From what I saw the guys did a very good job, happy with their work so now if it rains that will be the test. I think it should be fine though, hell its all new lol!!! Good job guys
