Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. He showed up to bid a job and started nitpicking work at my home that had nothing to do with him. He took it upon himself to make an issue out of it--and then actually reported me to the city. Who does that? His behavior was so shocking and unprofessional that I've warned friends and neighbors. Note to other contractors- if you are bidding a job at someone's house and then turn them into the city for other issues that have nothing to do with your job, don't expect to get the job or any referrals. read more

We were having a drainage problem around the house where the runoff from the roof was collecting and then getting into the back and side door of the garage. We had used Rainbow Rain Gutter once before years ago at a different house and loved their work, so we decided to call them. Once again they answered their phone, came out and gave us some ideas and an estimate for the work. Ryan returned with the materials within a week or so, the installation was professional and clean, the color of the gutters and the down spouts went beautifully with the trim and stucco. Ryan came out and put gutters on my house and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was recommended by a friend who owns a business in town. I called another company in Havasu and set up appointments for them to come out for an estimate and they never followed up. Ryan did everything he said and delived quality work as promised at a reasonable price. After a storm a year later, one of the gutter extensions came off or was taken and Rainbow gutters replaced it quickly at no charge. Great company to deal with. I highly recommend them. read more

Requested a quote for rain gutters. Owner came out looked at my house and said it was not possible to put gutters up on the front of my house because of the design. Then he said, "so what are we going to do here?" Then he wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. Really??? To recap, he was going to charge a lot of money but not put up gutters where I needed them most, on the front of my house!!! I expressed my opposition to his price. He said nothing but walked to his truck and said, " I'm sorry I wasted my time." I spoke to my contractor who said gutters could be installed and the price was almost double what I should pay. Obviously the owner does not know what customer service or bidding a job is all about. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! read more
