They took the time to cover everything with plastic wrap so our gym equipment and other items in the garage would not get dirty or damaged during the work. That attention to detail really stood out. They were on time, friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves once everything was finished. We recently had a week where outside temperatures were in the high 90s, and the hottest our garage got was 73 degrees. That is especially impressive considering our garage does not have A/C. I am very interested to see how it performs in the peak of summer with the Las Vegas heat, but so far we are very happy and hopeful it will keep the space much more bearable and out of the 90s. I actually just wanted to get right down to business and talk about pricing, but he took a few minutes to understand who I was where I lived and then started to ask me about what I needed. I told him that that I needed additional insulation in our garage because there was none up there. He asked me who the Home builder was, and I told him and he looked up our address and called me back 20 minutes later and told me that there should've been a full 16 inches of insulation up there and their company should've done it at that time, but somehow missed it. I have no idea that this was something that should've been done. I just wanted more insulation. He proceeded to tell me that he would bring our boat deep garage and our three car garage up to standard of r38 even though he could've taken me for a lot of money. One last detail is my house was built in 2017 and it didn't matter. I haven't had such a great experience with CustomerService and honesty I think ever. In this day and again, looking at the review of previous customers helped me make my decision to utilize them. I submitted a request for an estimate. The same day, I received a call from the company to set up the appointment. Sean, the Koala rep, did the estimate. He was straight forward, honest, and didn't pressure. The estimate I received was less than what I had budgeted for it so I was happy. He made a recommendation for cupola fans in the attic, which was something I had been considering. The company was able to easily make the appointment on a day I was off so it didn't disrupt my schedule. Sean's crew arrived early. All members of the crew were very polite and friendly. They were very efficient. The fans and the insulation were done in only a few hours. The Koala team took the utmost care to clean up after themselves, even thought they did a pretty great job of not making much of a mess.
