That was a month ago, still haven't heard from him. Absolutely terrible communication, non existent to be exact. He seems like a nice enough guy speaking to him in person and to be honest I was excited to give him my business (as opposed to a big company) but he has completely wasted 3 months of my home project totally unnecessarily. If you decide to use him make sure to get a quote immediately or else he'll give you the run around about this that and the other and "he'll get it to you soon". Lesson learned!!

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. Where pieces of singles have been cut off and added to the shingles and you can see the keyways. I gave them the chance to come out and make it right. But when the guy did. He got up on my roof and got real made and said there is nothing wrong. They did not install my Heat Pump properly so after time the wind took t and moved it causing damage to my roof. He was so unprofessional that he just got off the roof and would not even look at the part that was real bad. He was real rude and mad at me for trying to let his company make it right before I called the General Contractor on him. They are real nice before they do the work. But if you have problems later because of something they did wrong. They will not stand behind it.
