In my last three visits - over the course of the last three years - I have waited over an hour, then about 30-mins, and just yesterday (at 8am no less) 15-mins. I'm sure there are reasons such as staff shortages and certainly overbooking, but something should be done - it's not convenient anymore to come to this location. I gave them one more chance, now I'll try one of their other offices before I simply use the facilities at one of local hospitals.
