If it looks bad, I'll just cut it and it grows back" in the type of person that doesn't get self-conscious about how my hair looks because it's hair and it grows back. I always love seeing her because we love doing fun colors because I'm so experimental and I let Chrissy pretty much use her own creativity on my head. It always turns out amazing even when it wasn't what we were expecting! She's super friendly, super easy going, she gets me. I'll text her ideas before hand and I'm so indecisive every time so it helps that she can make that judgement for me and I love it every time. At our very first appointment, she was about 15 minutes late and didn't acknowledge it -- I overlooked that, along with many similar incidents, because her work was truly immaculate. What finally pushed me to part ways was when she canceled an appointment I had booked six weeks in advance through her app. When I reached out via text to confirm or clarify, she didn't respond, making it impossible to plan around or trust her professionalism any longer. After showing up every three weeks and tipping generously, I felt disrespected and undervalued. Karla, one of the salon's hairstylists and the owner, also canceled and rescheduled my hair appointment without informing me of the new date or time -- I only found out through a notification from the booking app. That kind of disorganization and disregard for a client's time is unacceptable. I consistently paid on time, showed up, and respected their schedules. That same respect wasn't given in return. I wouldn't recommend this salon or its stylists to anyone who values communication, professionalism, or reliability.

I wanted only two colors in my hair blonde and black, ended up leaving with 3 different shades of blonde, brown and black. Then the list continues came in with raccoon tails looking to get them touched up just for her to not even touch them leaving them a different shade of blonde than the rest of my hair not to mention she didn't use black to touch up them either. I was left with scalp burns all over my head and right in the front where my bangs cover And you think I'm done oh I'm not she puts a cape on me just to still spill bleach all over my sweater and shirt. Which you guessed it turned that ugly orange color. Still despite all these facts I was willing to overlook them and offered her the idea of a discounted service next time willing to give her a second chance just to be followed with the fact she's not comfortable doing the service I wanted. I'm just upset she didn't offer any other solution just excepts me to just walk away all high a dry. Just the way that this was handled. She could've handled it a lot better. I'm the client. I'm not the one that who's supposed to tell you to come with ideas of how to fix it. You are supposed to fix it yourself. My stylist was Anissa go to her at your own risk. And I was not given a full refund I was given 170 when I paid 205. Just keep these things in mind when going to anyone working here. Was not offered replacement for the clothes she damaged either.
