Needed a Chinese visa after trying at the Chinese embassy and was turned away. For $250 all in, Kim Travel handled it for me and I got a 10 year China visa within 2 weeks with no hassle. All I had to do was give them my passport, answer some questions, take a picture, and I was on my way. Pickup was easy, just bring your receipt. I recommend speaking Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) works best with staff, but I'm sure they can speak English.
