Obviously we bought into what you were selling but it didn't work out for us. Maybe the system works for others but people should know it doesn't work for everyone. Very expensive and did little to improve my children's test scores. It is a very old school prescribed box method of teaching and doesn't take individual into account. Will not do well for those with learning difficulties. Also owner spoke very negatively about public education and immigrants and foreigners. Better off spending your money on a private tutor.

Through VT I have worked with several students, for test prep and general course assistance. Varsity Tutors has clients who care and students that are motivated to learn. I have also been very pleased with Varsity Tutors' communication; they respond quickly and helpfully to any questions or concerns that might arise, and have always been very supportive of me as a tutor. The girl that I take care of used to go to another facility for her math classes but she never liked it, she actually doesn't mind going to Mathnasium. "It's my favorite class!" she's said that many times. Too bad they only let kids enroll who are 5 years or older. They're not able to call so it might be hard to understand when they need to be picked up but classes always last for 60 minutes so that makes up for it. Other than that it's a great place and I highly recommend it!
