When I finally reached the driver, he was rude. He claimed he cannot find our contract and therefore, cannot serve us. I told him that he cashed our cheque, according to bank records. He said he does not have time to look for it amoung the 2000 clients he claims to have. After this big storm that just passed, we are still snowed in. We tried reaching them again, but their voicemail is still full. Last year, they did not serve us completely, meaning, we paid extra for shoveling of balcony and path, but they never did it. Instead, they sat in their truck and took pictures of the finished path, which I personally did (the client) and they showed it to their boss, making it look like they did it! We were really stupid to have rehired them.
