After not hearing anything for a while my girlfriend had called and they said they had found another broken piece inside. We waited over 2 months for it to finally be ready which is absolutely ridiculous especially considering it is a simple button and another small component. I had to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back to pick it up. Once I got home she realized that they gave us the WRONG attachments. They were for a V8 Animal, not an Absolute Extra. So it's another long drive for me to go and pick up the right attachments. When I get the attachments I noticed the branding sticker is no longer on the stick. Their response is "well when we clean it sometimes the sticker peels off so we just remove it completely ". I mean we are taking about a machine over 1000 dollars. I would like to recieved it in the same condition that I brought it in as. No one called to say there would be a delay in repairs , no one asked well would you like us to keep the sticker aside for you. For all we know it could be some knock off from Amazon or Aliexpress. You're the one that has to keep on their ass to find out when it might be ready. I mean all it really takes is for them to call and say there might be a delay. The professionalism just isn't there. This was made apparent when I complained about my lost time because of the additional trip I had to make because of the wrong attachments and the branding sticker being removed completely. I asked if there was some sort of compensation they could provide for the inconvenience of the whole situation. I was told by two separate people that there was nothing they could do and that was simply the way they operated. I was finally put in touch with the manager and this guy was just flat out condescending and you could tell he just didn't care. In response to my complaint about the branding sticker being removed his response was something along the lines of " You're the first person in 50 years I hear complain about a sticker" great response there buddy. I asked if it was possible to receive some form of compensation for my time lost and inconvenience of the whole situation I had to deal with. Like maybe 40$ off or something his response to that was " no not possible you think I just have cash laying around" something along those lines. I asked for a possible e transfer " Not possible" . Not possible. Not possible. Those words were just repeated until he offered a 20 $ gift card for there store with 1 year to use. He even had the audacity to say " usually we don't even offer that" as if I should be grateful for a 20$ gift certificate that I have 1 year to use. It costs me 20$ of gas just to get to their place. If you don't mind waiting a very long time for repairs, having them remove your branding stickers and dealing with the kind of inconvenience I went through then go to this place they did end up fixing the problem (for now) if you don't want to go through what I went through then maybe look elsewhere for repairs.
