Always have a good experience here (the attendants are always nice). I prefer this one over another, local gas station because of the service/staff. A little tricky sometimes to exit off and get into the lot, but for me it's worth it. read more

I would to address a customer complaint against a fuel station attendant at one of the Bolla Market (Exxon) location (842 ROUTE 17 NORTH,. RAMSEY,NJ 07446) at approximately 11:57pm on 6/12/2022. While having my vehicle fueled ($70.00), I exited my vehicle to throw away a small bag of trash (food) in to the trash bin located adjacent to the fuel pump. The older gentleman fuel attendant yelled at me, "Don't throw the trash there! I just took out the garbage! Put your trash in the back next to the building!" I asked him if he was kidding? It's a trash bin, I'm a paying customer, and I wasn't a great deal of trash. He repeatedly yelled the same thing. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager on duty since he was very disrespectful to me and while attending to another customer. I took a photo of him with the customer as well as my trash. I travel through RT-17 often but this is by far the worst experience over nonsense. I removed my trash from his trash bin, removed my card and stopped the fuel pump. I spoke with the clerk inside and told me the manager will be available on Tuesday. I normally would never make an issue over something as small as this but the disrespectful interaction on his part was evident. He even approached me while on his cellphone and did not hear what I kind of fuel or how much. He definitely requires corrective action by re-training in customer service and duties of his position. If he or any attendants prefer for customers not to use Bolla Markets trash bins on the fuel station islands, then they should be removed or covered. Absolutely Ridiculous! read more

Stopped by here this morning at 7:30 am as I was heading north on 17 to get on to 287. I usually go to a different gas station, but this one was in the right direction. Stopped in and the attendant helped me out quickly. He was friendly and attentive and was at my pump quickly once I pulled up. The current price was 2.87 for a gallon of regular gas. It is around 3 - 5 cents cheaper than the surrounding stations. There is also a "bodega" in front of the pumps with an in-house burger king. Next time I am headed north on 17, I will stop by. read more

We are in a pandemic and some gas stations in NJ allow you to pump your own gas. I pulled into this specific gas station where it was only one other customer and myself. I sat in my car and waited three minutes and no one came to my window. I opened my door, saw the gas station attendant in the booth not doing a single thing. He clearly saw me pull in. I drove right passed him to park. So I closed my door to get his attention. Nothing happened. Now its been over five minutes of me being parked/ waiting. Now I watched the other customer get out of their van and put away their pump handle. So I thought oh I guess we are pumping our own gas here. I get out of my car walk over to the pump and get ready to pump my own gas. Now the gas attendant comes out of his booth yelling at me! Then he takes my card. Hits the wrong gas button ( I get charged an extra dollar for that even though he cancelled it) and then after he finally does his job he gives me my card I say "thank you" and he relies with "uh huh". I will never go here again. The man doesn't care about his job nor should even have it for being so lazy and rude! I will never return there. read more

Guy at station got upset with me because I told him how many GALLONS I want not price. He was very nasty and did not pump my gas. After telling him to give me $30 as he previously mention. He gets mad slams my card a second time and give me my card and says GET YOUR GAS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm currently in the store. His name is HABIB. I WAS ON PUMP 2. They already charge extra for credit cards which is common but illegal. I'm already waiting 10 minutes although at pump. read more

Friendly service, lets you pump your own gas if you prefer. Great place to pick up gas for you generator when you need it for storms like Sandy. Has a quick mart so you can run in and grab to go. Since price per gallon is pretty the same from one location to another, important that you feel you get thw aervice and money worth which is how I feel whwn I visit this location. read more

Total scammers. I asked to have my tank filled up with regular, as I only had 2 bars on my fuel gauge left. The gas station attendant was none too friendly and did not say one word throughout the whole transaction. Unfortunately, I did not check the fuel gauge as I left the gas station, as I was in a hurry to get home (out of state and late at night) and assumed the tank was full. After a couple minutes of driving, I looked down and couldn't believe that they had only filled half my tank but charged me for full service. I called my credit card company as soon as I got home to report fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Nothing bad to say about this gas station. Good location right on rt-17 north. The prices are very good, especially considering it's on rt-17. The service has only been friendly the times I went there. I only get regular, I don't know how expensive their plus, premium, or diesel gas cost. read more
