Instead of simply letting me finish, he criticized me for "wasting money" and then turned the conversation into personal and political insults. He asked where I was from and when I came to the U.S. I told him I came here as a child and that I am a U.S. citizen, but he still made derogatory remarks about my country, saying "Trump doesn't like your country," along with other inappropriate comments. This was completely uncalled for, discriminatory, and had nothing to do with my purchase. On my way out, I called the store to speak with a manager. A man with a strong accent answered, claimed to be the manager, refused to give his name, then hung up on me. When I called back, they stopped answering. This place is hostile, disrespectful, and unfit for customer service. I will be reporting this incident to corporate and to the owner directly. No customer should have to deal with harassment when simply buying gas.

This was the first station that came up. As I said it was unique. I've been to gas stations all over the country, but this was a first. There was a full buffet inside. Not just the typical hot dogs, or the 7-11 rolls... they had empanadas, rice and beans, salmon, chicken, and about 15 other dishes. I have never seen this before in a gas station. Do people come for dinner etc? Oh well.. We dis not partake in the bounty, we just got gas. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. If we were hungry we might have gotten a snack. The Owner (Jim) had his Mechanic pull all 4 tires and performed a thorough inspection and road test. Outcome of inspection revealed calipers had been "hanging" And had been cleaned of rust and lubed recently... Jim told me to come in 3,000 miles to replace rear rotors, as they are to thin to cut again, new brake pads. My cost 30 minutes of Labor versus $450 at Mavis. I'll be back in 3,000 miles. They also have a little convenience store and small kiosks. Could have better sitting area. Auntie Anne's being redone and construction going on outside the building. It's hit or miss with the bustle here. I love rest stops for people watching, and this one is choice. A mix of elderly off of a tour bus, teenagers on sports teams, young couples in love as middle aged couples bickering on their road trip. I smile, knowing I fall right in the middle of all of it. You can trust anything they say and what they say has got your best interest at heart. We have been using them for the last ten years and on more than one occasion they have given us advice that has saved us hundreds of dollars. Just this past week my new Honda CRV was in a slight accident with a truck. I had lots of scratches and scuff from the front to the rear on the side of the CRV. The collision place wanted $3000 to fix it. I was beside myself. I went to speak to A&M and Yanni told me to speak to Jay. I brought the car back to Jay and he said leave it with me I want to try something. At 5 o'clock that evening Yanni called me and said your car is ready. I said oh how did it come out and he said you'll have to see it for yourself. I asked what this would cost me and he said $250. So my wife drove me there the next day. I looked at the car and I couldn't believe it. It looked almost brand new. Of course there were a few scuffs on the rubberized portions but the car paint itself was almost immaculate. I went in and asked him what he did and he said He had a special compound that he put on and then buffed out and then touched it up a little. Well let me tell you this car is immaculate and they saved me over $2000. That's just one of the times that they've helped us out. There are many other times. Once we called from Florida to ask their advice before we had a dealer do some work on our car. They told what the dealer should and should not do. Of course the dealer wanted to do the things Yanni and Jay said we should not have done and they were right again! Saved many hundreds of dollars again. You can trust these guys and you should use them!!! You will never regret it and you'll have two new great friends to boot.

Ok. I didn't think that I can even rate a gas station because come on, it's a gas station. What can…read morereally be good or bad about a gas station? We go there, get gas and leave, right? Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Prior to BP opening, another outdated gas station was here, I don't even think it had a convenience store. Fast forward to this year, BP opens up, replacing the antiquated pumping stations with brand new ones that even have a small tv. I thought to myself, "great, it's on the way to work and home, location is good, set in a nice little neighborhood". They even put in a brightly lit convenience store which was also a plus. A couple of cons I noticed about this station were it's not open 24/7, there's no light next to the pumping stations and there's no overhang. So essentially at 7pm in the evening on a rainy day, you'll be pumping gas in the dark and getting wet. I don't know if they plan on fixing these issues but they really should. Fast forward to yesterday. I go to the gas station to fill up my tank. I proceed to pay at the pump, select the gas type, insert the nozzle and start pumping gas. I tried to adjust the tiny lever under the actual pump handle itself so I wouldn't have to hold the gas pump as its filling my tank. As I'm trying to adjust it, the pump just detaches from the nozzle and gasoline starts gushing out everywhere, DRENCHING ME and my car. Still slightly in shock at what the heck just happened, I walk into the store to explain this to the clerk, who barely speaks English. I wasn't even going to try to argue my case at that point because it would've gotten me nowhere. The clerk proceeds to pump my gas and over fills it because the little 'click' didn't go off signaling that my tank was full. There was so much gas in my tank that the excess was literally flowing out. Yup. That happened at this gas station.
