We asked Doug to use a fragrance free product and he gave us the advice that the fragrance free product might not pick up the trapped oils as well, but he did what we asked. Then he called. He felt the carpet really didn't look as good as it could, even though it started out very dirty. So he started twice as long, went through and cleaned it again with a regular cleaner that had a degreaser in it. He left the air movers over the weekend and there wasn't any odor when we opened for business.
