He stops what he is doing, tells me I have to wait as she had an appointment, doesn't tell me how long I'll have to wait and begins working on hers. Half hour later I pay and leave without my mani. Bad business. I guarantee her appointment, she was either very late or very early. Either way, he should have finished my nails. He could have also let me know before hand and let me decide. Or even communicate how long. Very unprofessional and I will not waste my time like that again.

I've seen some reviews complain about various aspects but I haven't had any of these experiences. I usually come with an idea in mind of what I want and there has only been ONE time I was happy with the outcome. Tip: I learned that if you want a design that is ORIGINALLY on long nails & ask for it on short nails, you should adjust expectations accordingly ‍ just my opinion!
