Joel helped us pick out the perfect carpet and promptly took care of the measurements for us. Joyce provided us with the warranty info and scheduled the install. Probably one of the best experiences we had is that they built their templates on a Thursday and were delivering countertops on a Monday. In other words, they were fast. One other thing we liked is that after installation, we wanted a change to the backsplash they made for us. Even though it was a change we instigated, they didn't charge us for that.
