I'm in retail sales, & I am APPALLED at the lack of customer service that we have been experiencing from Karl's, of Spearfish. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers!!! I will never recommend them to anyone- as long as the current manager & salesman who sold these to us are employed there!
