Worked with me on different options. Settled on some stone and metal edging. Added some seeding and additional edging around some trees. The crew showed up and did an amazing job. Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.

Some of my smaller plants are gone, my violets were pulled out, a bed…read morethat I didn't want mulched, got mulched and my large hosta was badly damaged.I didn't get a phone call to inform me they were coming. I am not pleased at all. The more I look around, the worse it gets, they put heavy mulch around the irises, which is not done. The rhizomes need to be on top of the soil. Also, 3 are broken. I had to take up all the mulch in a bed because I haven't planted yet.. I'm sure the owner is a nice person but the work he did here today is not up to par.

I emailed and Hector replied that it was because all of the rain...then it was the heat. In reality, I was too small time for them to show up. It's now been 3 and 1/2 and no one has come out. My last email inquiring whether they are intending to service my property was completely ignored. I guess I know the answer. I'd love to get the quality of service others have been raving about in these reviews, but I'm not getting any service at all. I don't know what I said or did, I paid the full invoices I received within 20 min of receiving it, even though they didn't provide weekly service promised. Am I too small of a customer? I was told they value all their customers. I want to believe that. In a 3 months and a half I received service 3 times out of out of the 14 weeks! How do I ever recommend this company to anyone? Terrible.

it started off good and then the workers weed whacked my Honey suckle bush and several solar lights…read moreand broke them. The last straw was one of the sticks we had up near the rest of our Honeysuckle bushes. The workers did not tell us of the destruction and we found it. I notified Hector and he came out the first time and gave us a credit for 1 of the solar lights. When we complained again, we were dropped as a customer. Pretty sad. We now found another company who values us.
