Good service , friendly drivers. Reliable people who'd show up on time to pick me up and get me where I needed to go.

Drivers are nice. They are dependable never late picking you up like some other companies. I highly recommend them

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I like the drivers. They're usually friendly and it isn't their fault that Joshua the dispatcher lies, repeatedly... The first time it happened he lied about the arrival time each time I called and they finally showed up after waiting about an hour and 10 or 15 minutes... Anyone can have a bad day so I gave him another chance - exact same thing. When I called I was told 20 to 30 minutes I called back at 40 minutes I was told driver was on his way would be there in 8 minutes so 12 minutes later I left... I got about a block and 1/2 before the driver called - he told me he was 5 minutes away so I thought what the heck and went back to be pleasantly surprised when he did arrive 5 minutes later. I can understand a one-off, making a mistake - but the same behavior, from the same person on two different days is a pattern. There's no reason to lie if they're that worried they're going to lose customers hire more drivers but you need to manage expectations honestly when you're in a business... Dangerous driver, overweight, about 70 years old, gunned his cab to get in front of me and turn. I had to brake so hard my tires slid and I thought I was going to hit him! When I approached him, he screamed at me saying it was MY fault! These drivers are a menace to the streets of Eugene and I honestly hope this company goes under before they kill someone and get sued into bankruptcy! read more

Driver in a red Prius threw out can of Red Bull out the window, it's not even the first review on here to mention something like that. He was driving very erratically too. Can't believe someone would do that in a marked vehicle with the company's phone number. read more

I just witnessed your driver throw an empty pop can out the passengers window on west 13th Ave and cussed me out when I called him out on what he'd done. That is littering and not good for your business. read more

I've used ecab service for years now and have enjoyed watching it grow. The dispatchers are great and the drivers are wonderful. They may not always have the greatest cars but they make sure you get where you need to be. They always stand by to help when I transfer into/out of my wheel chair and will even help me into the buildings if I need it. I've had to use other taxi companys in the past, it was terrible! Having ecab service is like winning the transport lottery! read more

Not a good company..takes forever and the cabs are junk

The cab I was in ran over a dog and dragged it several feet. My children were in the backseat and had to witness it all. The cab driver dealt with it in the worst way possible, getting into an altercation with the dog's owner and trying to claim that the owner put his dog in front of the cab on purpose. He also refused to give out his car insurance information. Then he tried to charge me $50 for a $30 cab ride because he left the meter running during the whole thing. Finally after standing on the side of the road, in the dark, with my children, I decided to walk them home and left my husband to wait for the police to come and work it out with the driver, but the driver insisted that I couldn't leave and tried to following me and my children home! It was a very shocking experience. I called the cab company and they told me they won't do anything about it, they said "call the police if you have a problem with it". read more

I like this cab service. They were on time. The cab was clean and in really nice condition. I am disabled and I use a walker. Mike cabbie Doug, was so polite in helping me. He not only helped me into the car, he was very careful when he putting my Walker into the trunk. When we got to my destination he came around to the car and helped me out. Doug also asked me if I needed assistance in to where I needed to go. When my appointment was all done Doug pick me up afterwards . This is a great cab service and I would highly recommend them. I just had a less than friendly experience with a car on the way to work this morning, while driving in the fast lane a prius pulled in front of me abruptly cutting me off and then continued to slow down to 50 mph and speed up as needed to keep me trapped behind him, I took the slow lane and waited 3 miles for my exit and then the prius sped up and swerved across all lanes cutting many off and almost causing an accident to also take the same I-5 exit as he passed I took note of the ecab sign on his car and plate # PLU-995, I would not recommend anyone get into a car with this unsafe driver... read more

This company is a bunch of morons with Zee in dispatching being a total bully. I tried to make a claim after I was injured in one of their cabs and was told I was a liar, one of "those calls", and that I had no proof. I have tons of proof and I will not let this go. Zee you are a bully and a poor excuse of a so called manager. read more

Waited over for an hour for my cab to come yesterday then we picked up another client and my driver took them to there home first but mine was 10 minutes closer. It took me 2 hours to get home after my appointment when its a 20 minute drive. I use them about 1-3 times a week and they're really good on the pickup to go to my appointment but they're always late picking me up from my appointment (between 20-40 minutes every time). Don't recommend their service unless you don't really care about the time. read more

Very polite and friendly on the phone....showed up on time...driver was nice and top notch driver...very comfy pleasant experience
