Horrible Experience!!!! Management totally failed!!!!! We used Elite Casino for our annual firefighters awards banquet in October and It was a very horrible experience. I was hoping this issue would be resolved by now but clearly elite casinos has no plans on provided a full refund which was requested. First of all the set up was extremely late, and only one person showed up to set up (7 gaming tables). No chairs were brought for the table game as well, which were included. The gentleman who arrived to set up was frustrated with Elite because he had no help and he couldn't get an answer as to where his help was. We had to have our guest step in and assist with setting up the tables because our event had already begun. Also we where short one gaming table. The roulette table was missing the wheel and the blackjack tables had no cards. Two dealers showed up and one abruptly left due to a disagreement with the other dealer as we were about to start the casino games which left us with one dealer for 6 tables 150 guest. After calling Elite Casino multiple times, another dealer arrived without cards or the missing parts for the other tables. Our fire chief had to literally leave the event to go to the store to get cards and a guest stepped in and began dealing at one of the blackjack tables. The real problem began when it became impossible to speak with anyone in management at elite casinos. We called repeatedly over the course of two weeks only to speak with and answer service. I finally received a call back from the manager and I stated I would have to call her back in two minutes so that I can get to a quiet place to talk. I called her back several times to no avail. Management emailed and offered to host an event free of charge for our fire department. We declined because the service was so horrible and the fact of how impossible it was to have a conversation with the manager or anyone with the company. This was extremely unprofessional and the trust was broken. We repeatedly asked for a full refund and have not heard from them since October. It's December and pretty evident that Elite Casino has no plan to refund the money for a service that was not provided. Very disappointing. Then at 945 the craps table dealer just stopped dealing. walked away from table because he didn't have enough chips. then said he wasn't dealing anymore bc he was told to end at 945. but the event was over at 10 but since the tables didn't arrive on time we prolonged our gaming. So because he did not want to deal and ended the game early, even though he was told by the people in the casino office that he would get paid and to keep dealing, he wouldn't for at least 30 min. By that time my crew was done with the table bc well he really killed the vibe. we couldn't even hand out proper prizes because it wasn't a fair winner bc he just stopped play. so instead of 7-10 play time we got 735-945. TOTAL BS. Send your dealers with the accurate amount of chips and inform them of changes so that they don't cause unnecessary issues at an event. I was told there would be 3 people to deliver and it would be fast but when they arrived it was only 1 person. My colleague and I had to help unload and set up due to time. Dealers were late, tables are in terrible shape, chairs are torn, and chips are covered in dirt. Not what we expected and will not use this company again. But the table movers put a large deep scratch on my hardwood floors. My bartender witnessed the scratch. I texted and emailed them many times to no avail. I recently organized a significant event for 250 guests on March 22nd and it was a disappointment from start to finish. We made the mistake of paying extra for custom "funny money," which was supposed to add an enjoyable element to our event. However, when the time came, they didn't even have it. This was just the beginning of a series of mishaps. Throughout the night, three entire tables remained empty due to a severe shortage of staff and chips. It was clear that they were not adequately prepared to handle an event of this scale. To add insult to injury, a handful of staff members sauntered in halfway through the event, heading straight to the buffet. The next day I called and a not so nice man answered and I told him I was suppose to receive a quote but I haven't gotten it yet. They don't communicate, they won't admit fault (our tables were 5 hours late to our event, we had to have guests unload them and set up, materials were missing), they have no respect for your time or event and if pushed will tell you they could have just cancelled your event. (Day of with no communication from them- I had to call them 6 times to receive one phone call back when they were already 3 hours late and another 1.5 away) Because of that and multiple other problems with their "service", we are asking for a partial refund of their breach of contract- now they are just avoiding us. I booked my event with Elite Casino Events in June, for a party in December. The week before my event I received an email stating that the tables would be delivered at 5pm and the dealers would arrive at 5:30. My party started at 6. At 5:30 the first dealer arrived, no tables thought. At 5:40, the second dealer showed up, still no tables. I called the #800 and spoke with Jolie/Jolene, she said she would look into it and call me back. I never heard from her again. At 6:32 I received a call from Elite stating that had a missed call from me. That persons name was Sherry. I explained my issue, she said she would look into it and get back with me. At 7:25 Sherry called me back and said the delivery truck was at my location but was having trouble locating me. She asked if she could give the driver my phone number so he could call me directly. I said sure, I never got a call from the driver. At about 7:30 men began bringing in the THREE tables I ordered, but there were only TWO dealers. Tables were ready for play at 8pm. My party was to be from 6 to 9pm. My party was on a Saturday evening. The driver said he couldn't come back to get the tables before midnight. I couldn't stay that late, so we made an agreement that they could be picked up Monday morning. Monday came, no call, no show. Tuesday, they showed up unannounced to pick up the tables. When I told them they would need to schedule an appointment, I was told I could be charged another full day for "holding" their equipment. I reminded them that their appointment was Monday and nobody showed up. An hour later I received a call from Allie, claiming to be part of the management team. I asked her how she was going to rectify the issues from Saturday night. She said she couldn't do anything about that but I didn't release their equipment, she would call the police on me. I told her, like I told the driver, you have to make an appointment. My office building doesn't allow furniture movement during business hours. She said "I'm making the appointment now! It's in 30 minutes". She kept yelling and eventually hung up on me. About half an hour later I received an invoice stating that I owed them $55 for the mileage they drove to pick the tables up. Later on the day (Tuesday, December 6th) I received an email from someone asking me to "release" their tables, and saying that I can't hold the property "hostage". I reminded them that the driver didn't show up Saturday night or Monday morning, I did them a favor by not putting the tables outside. I told her to make an appointment for pick up. She made an appointment that worked within our office buildings guidelines. The equipment was picked up on Wednesday, December 7th. Today, I am 16 days past my party. I have left several messages for Elaine (owner), and I have spoken with Amanda (Customer Service lead). When I last spoke with Amanda on 12/12/22 she assured me that she was working on a quick resolution and she didn't want me to have to wait 24-48 hours for a response (something another associate told me the week prior). This morning when I called Amanda, she picked up her phone and started talking about a mountain retreat (she thought I was someone else) when I told her you may have picked up a different line, this is Roshanda. She hung up. When I called back, I went straight to voicemail. This is by far the MOST unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. read more

On 11/11/23 I had a retirement party for my husband at the Star headquarters. I reserved a craps and roulette table for the event. Once the presentation portion of the event was complete we opened the event up to the gaming tables around 9 pm. I was informed by one of my guest the roulette wheel did not work. I asked the attendant and she said I would have to take that up with the person I placed the order with. She used a roulette app on her cell phone to spin the wheel. I informed her this is not what I paid $345 + tax for and I would like a refund. The phone took away the gaming experience from my guest. I reach out to Elite by email and did not receive a response. I followed up with another email and phone call with no response. On 11/14 Sherry called back I explain the situation. She stated give her a day or two to look in to this. I gave her 4 days and no response. I call again (today) and sent another email demanding someone call to discuss my refund. Someone called and attempted to over talk me about my event and how the attendant must still be paid. I informed that is not my problem. I paid for a table and experience my guest did not receive therefore the guest opted not to play. She kept over talking me while I'm asking for a refund and as I can see they are trying to avoid refunding my money. My advice is to rent somewhere else. Our experience with Elite Casino Events was a nightmare. We had our contract & deposit in place for months for our Annual Christmas Party. We had not used the company before for previous parties and hands down won't ever use them again. I called multiple times the week prior to our event to confirm times, dealers, details, etc and no one ever answered, always a voicemail and no return calls or emails either. Horrible customer service. The day of the event I reached out multiple times to the "on call" number of which no one answered nor did they call me back. Dealers showed, tables did not. The hotel had to set up their tables and chairs so we could improvise. They also had to go out and purchase chips and cards just to play poker and blackjack. We were supposed to have those two plus craps & roulette. It was so disappointing and the lack of response was beyond disrespectful. All three owners were present at this party and it was embarrassment to not have this feature at our event in its entirety after talking about it and paying for it. Elite was a no-show, except for one dealer who had no equipment with him and thus couldn't do anything. Elite's no-show caused us a lot of grief and embarrassment. Our contract included 10 tables, 10 dealers, set-up, tear down and help managing a raffle for the largest winners of the evening. Only 3 dealers showed leaving 7 tables useless. Zero integrity. Instead of resolving the issue. Elite went as far as sending fake pictures to my bank card company. And lied to the Better Business Bureau. Can you believe that? I still can't. Blows my mind. So they showed up 30 minutes late and took 40 minutes to set up. I paid for 3 hours of gambling and received roughly 2. I paid for certified dealers. Instead I got a dealer that did not know to play roulette much less oversee playing. I got a blackjack dealer who had an extremely difficult time counting. I paid for deluxe tables. Instead I got tables with no skirts and tables smaller than what was listed on the contract. I paid for 2 blackjack tables and 2 dealers. Instead I got one blackjack table and no explanation of what happened to the other.I paid for a bartender. Instead I literally bartended myself with the occasional support of some of my guests. I paid for professionalism. However, the dedicated host showed up with a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes. Severely underdressed for my party. I paid for an Elite experience. In return, I got stress, anxiety, and embarrassment. This was my wife's 50 birthday party and they ruined it. I have pictures, recordings, and witnesses and Elite still wouldn't honor their contract and resolve this issue. I didn't want a full refund, simply a refund on what I did not receive. I am STILL trying to get ahold of someone about a refund request TWO MONTHS after our catastrophe with this company during our company Christmas Party on 12/15/2022 for about 100 people. I was the coordinator for this event and was told the crew would be there between 3:30-4:30pm on the day of our event to set up. 4:45pm rolls around, and they are not there. After trying to get ahold of the drivers for HOURS, they FINALLY showed up at 6:20pm - 10 minutes before the event started (6:30pm) to set up our 8 tables. About an hour after our event started when our guests should have been playing on the tables, the drivers realized they did not have ANY cards for the FIVE blackjack tables and poker table that we had PLUS they didn't have half the poker chips needed. This equipment took another hour to get there, and we ended up with only 1 hour and 45 minutes of playtime when we paid for 3 hours. It was RIDICULOUS. I have been BEGGING their receptionists to get me in touch with someone who could help, am and constantly told that they cannot give me the number or email for ANYONE in management who makes decisions about refunds. I finally get to schedule a meeting with Amanda, one of the managers, who told me they would "make things right" and said all these things that made me very hopeful and confident we would see a refund...but it has now been a month since my phone call with Amanda on January 10th, and now she is completely unresponsive to me. I finally had hope after hearing from a "Sherry" (title unknown) who responded to an email I sent to the main info email, and said she would help...but now it's been almost 2 weeks and I've heard nothing from her. After reading other reviews, I am convinced the 5 star reviews are internal people. This company is a complete scam - please do not book them for important events as you will be disappointed. They claim all their dealers and bartenders work in house when in reality it seems they are contracting out or finding random people at the last minute. I have had a TERRIBLE experienced with this company - I hired 2 blackjack dealers and 1 bar tender through the company for my engagement party. We booked months in advance, sent our signature cocktails about a month prior, and were assured we'd be paired with an inhouse bartender that would know how to do all the drinks we requested that we would be able to communicate with 2 weeks before the event. 2 weeks before the event, we are still not contacted by a bartender and Jolene and others at their 800 line said we wouldn't be paired until 48 hours prior... 48 hours prior they told us the bartender gets in contact with us day of. Our party began at 8PM and our bartender did not show up until 8:15PM with NO TABLE (they promised us they would bring a table) and UNABLE to make our signature cocktails. She was reading off of her phone instructions for making other cocktails. My fiance was texting Amanda, worried that the bartender would not show up and then was completely ghosted by her the moment the bartender showed up. Our event was 3 weeks ago and we still have not been able to speak with Amanda since. I have called Elite almost every other day, ensured that I will be contacted by someone to speak about this and yet, no one has reached out. For our blackjack dealers, they set up on time and then for some reason left the event space and were late to show up again. 1 of them could not deal or count. He constantly was making the wrong calls and guests were having to correct him. Again, Amanda will not answer her phone. She will not text back and overall is completely unprofessional. Jolene at the customer service line has tried her hardest to help but cannot get us to anyone to assist. I rented 7 slot machines, several game tables, paid for a showgirl, a Las Vegas sign, and an extra set up crew to have everything set up prior to the party starting. Only 1 person showed up to set up all of the equipment. Our guests that arrived a little early had to help the worker unload the truck. Of the 7 slot machines rented, only 5 were delivered and of those 5, only 1 actually worked. The showgirl never showed up and the Las Vegas sign for the photo op was delivered with the top piece broken off and missing. After 3 weeks of calling, leaving countless messages trying to get the issues that were at the fault of Elite resolved, I was finally able to get a partial refund. I DID NOT receive a refund for the damaged sign. Jenn at Elite asked for pictures of the broken sign which were sent to her and stated that she would call back to discuss after seeing the pictures. She never called back. After 3 more weeks of attempting to get in touch with her and leaving message after message, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In an attempt to save face, Jenn responded to the BBB by stating that the issues had been taken care of, a refund was issued, and stated that I was just trying to get more money out of them. I'm happy to pay for services and equipment received that was as advertised, but I would have never rented a damaged sign for a photo op and it was definitely not sent in the condition shown on their website. These issues could have easily been resolved if she had done her job and returned a phone call. This is a horrible company with shoddy equipment, terrible customer service, and unethical employees.
