The name brands that they had, they did not have in her size. Now, I can't fault them for that, this isn't the type of store that keeps constant stock of any one item, what's on the shelves is pretty much what they get in the shipping boxes. My rating is based on our overall experience and not with the lack of sizes.

We took the sweaters to the counter and said to the cashier that the sign showed $8 and she went and checked and agreed and was going to honor the display. She called the manager to inform her but when the manager came to the counter she told us she was not going to honor the price. She admitted it was her mistake, that she had been rearranging earlier and forgot to move the sign. She admitted it was her mistake several times but refused to honor her mistake. As a customer service manager with almost 40yrs experience, that is not how you treat customers. You make the mistake, own it. Won't be going back to that store.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time…read morenow and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business.
