I came here to say because they had amazing reviews for their services . I reached out to them online and they said to give me a better quote I needed to come in , which I understand and I did . Once I arrived the girl in the front desk said I need to try them on and get my measurements.. )I was trying to get some shorts fixed my the waist since it was gaping too much ) . She made me tried on both shorts and after the fact she says it's $32 for each .. which it's a bit too much for $60 shorts .. and I could just get them fixed at Nordstrom for $30 each and they give me warranty of replacing with other ones. I felt like it was a waste of my time and hers .. instead of just telling me how much it was . All she said sorry that's the pricing for adjustment of waist ... which I should have been told before. read more

Needed last minutes alternations and came across E-Needle. The owner of the shop was nice. She was able to accomdate me and had the bridesmaid dress altered in time. Prices vary. It was a bit expensive, I had to pay about $114 for the cut of the dress and the hemming on the sides. They stripped a lot of layers of the dress which is fine. The dress we bought it for was $130 so I basically had to pay for the alterations which were a bit pricey but I needed to get it done. The only issue I had was when I would bend down or sit down, I think some of the sewing popped off but overall it was fine. read more

The environment was pleasant and the initial service was great. However when I returned a Week later and tried on my pants. The waist in one of the pants remained too big and I was requested to pay an additional $35.00. I declined and stated that the brand new pants will cost me an additional $70.00 for tailoring. The tailor/seamstress did the measurements of my waist while I had the pants on. E-Needle should have corrected the matter without requesting additional monies. I found this place online after going to another alterations place that charges way too much for basic hemming. I ordered this bridesmaid dress in hopes of getting the tank top cut version however they told me it wouldn't get to me in time so I was stuck with the short sleeves. When I brought the dress the E- Needle I showed them the reference of the other dress and explained what I wanted, they basically transformed the entire dress and I could not be happier with the results! I was really happy with the service I got at E needle. I had a last-minute patch job that I needed to get done and this was the only tailor that could or would do the job short notice. I needed patches to be applied to all of my children's uniforms and I needed them done by the end of the day. I called so many places in the morning and was told that they're seamstress or tailor wasn't going to be available for a few days or couldn't have it done by the end of the day. I literally drove across a couple of city lines to get to the shop. E Needle said that I could bring it in so I took the drive over and I got the job done. I really appreciate them taking me at the ninth hour and getting out the kids uniforms on time as promised by the end of the day. I recommend them if you have any last minute alterations or are looking for something new. I checked out their shop and they had a lot of items in there that they put together themselves and had displayed that they altered or repaired. They were very nice. read more

I am a bridesmaid and the dress they pick is very nice. But it didn't really fit my figure especially the top. I had a lot of side boob out. So they decide to cut a bit of the dress on the bottom cause it was dragging . She also fix the front as well!! The end result was beautiful and fit perfectly ! My friend recommended this place and it's amazing. I got married in December she faltered my wedding dress and my now husband's dress pants for the wedding. My husband decided to try on his dress pants that he was going to wear at our wedding a week before the wedding and they were definitely on the tighter side. (Pants were going to rip if he dropped it low.) We took the pants to E-needle and they were able to fix them and they knew we had to get them as soon as possible. So they were quick! I took in a suit and a couple of shirts to get worked on.When I picked them up and took them home,everything looked like nothing was done.I took the suit jacket back.and two shirts to get redone.The jacket seemed to get worked on ,but now there was a lump of fabric under the collar in the back.The pants I took in to get hemmed were to long.I spent 200 dollars and the clothes looked horrible.Do not go here. read more
