I felt like I was intruding! I often buy directly from GRAV Labs, and they had a water pipe from them I wanted, cost about $25 more than on GRAV Labs website, but for the convenience it was whatever. All in all, not the best, not the worst. I like supporting local businesses and I'd say it's at least worth a tour if you're in the area and looking for some eclectic head shop gear, or just want to get out and explore the local shops.

Then, this is where it gets good. Or bad.... She opens a bottle and puts a few drops on her hand and proceeds to rub it into her skin with her finger. She says "This is what we do.
