Headlines Boutique has a pretty great selection and wide array of products. I've been here numerous times when I've been checking out glass pieces or novelty items related to this industry. There was a really pleasant guy working the register who was knowledgeable with the limited amount of vape products they carry, I took his recommendation & loved it. Great customer service on his part! They also have decent prices on vape juice. Then I went to check out their glassware, girl working in that department was off-putting, short & not very friendly. I felt like I was intruding! I often buy directly from GRAV Labs, and they had a water pipe from them I wanted, cost about $25 more than on GRAV Labs website, but for the convenience it was whatever. All in all, not the best, not the worst. I like supporting local businesses and I'd say it's at least worth a tour if you're in the area and looking for some eclectic head shop gear, or just want to get out and explore the local shops. read more

The store is located at a different direction than Yelp takes you plug address in. The store has a huge variety of smoking assisters. Everything you could think of. Definitely recommend the place. read more

I come here every time I am in New Hampshire, I love this place! They have a huge selection of pipes, water pipes, bongs, rolling papers, electronic smoking and vaping goods. They can get a little pricey for some of the pipes they have but for the most part very reasonable. They also have all the accessories you need such as jars, odor spray, pipe cleaners, and grinders. For the non smokers- there is a huge knife collection and funky jewelry. Cool spot to check out even if you're not into that sort of stuff. read more

Anything you want from this store is no different than what you can get online at a better price. It's nothing special. The people working here could care less about what you want. You are a bother to them it seems. This was my experience. According to the other reviews... it's a common theme. Shopping all day with my Fiance and we stopped in to buy a nose ring as I lost mine skiing down the slopes! The chick behind the counter was not nice AT ALL. Not sure what the hell her problem was. There was a super nice girl helping me at first and she literally just pushed her to the side and took over. I would have bought a few nose rings.. BUT.. you were too rude for me.. No thanks. I have been to Headlines many times. Its a cool store, and there's nothing else like it in North Conway. They have a lot of different things to offer from jewelry to clothes to incense. They also have a sectioned off smoke/sex shop for everyone 18+ which is pretty cool. They card everyone that goes in there so make sure you have your ID ready. The staff is real cool they always treat me well when I'm in there and remember me. I'd check it out if you haven't been in yet. read more

Seriously? Seriously? Just NO. I was forewarned but shopped here anyway for vape supplies. Firstly, I wanted a decent vape rig and they basically refused to sell me anything other than the eGo AIO (admittedly I'm a bit of a pushover). The genuinely nice girl set it up and filled it for me we chatted and I went on my way. I charged it and attempted to use it as instructed (and yes, I read the instructions too) it burned my lip and did not vape. I called the store and was told by a staff member that he didn't want to be mean but it sounded like user error. (word for word.) So I went back for a tutorial and..... Nope NOT user error a bad coil. Replaced, for free. Now it's the next morning and $40 of wasted juice later, the piece of junk lights up pretty colors but does not vape... AT ALL. STAY AWAY. Go to a real vape shop. But a piece of quality and enjoy your clouds. read more

I went into this shop with my son and daughter. As soon as we got in the girl behind the counter was staring my children down the whole time and making them feel uncomfortable. She had no customer service skills, didn't know how to smile or even looked like she wanted to be there. ..She was unpleasant to begin with. In the store there's a separate door way entrance for the 18+ room. Long story short my son was passing by the doorway.. turned his eyes that direction and was confronted by a rude college looking kid with piercings that he needed an ID. Really? And ID to look that direction? So your telling me that when underage kids go to convenience store, they need an ID to glance the direction of the cigarettes? When I reminded him that he wasn't even in the room, and why was he asked for an ID, he said "because he was looking that way, and it was owners rules" He continued to actually argue with me when I proposed the "so you need an ID to even glance by"? I thought this would be a nice eclectic store to show my almost 18 yr old daughter and 15 yr old son, but obviously the owner has zero care on the type of employees he is hiring.. since clearly I'm not the only person on yelp that has written about his employees. Better customer service and don't hire college kids that have no personality Will never enter here again, and I'll be sure to spread the word. read more

I miss this place more than any other since moving from up north to the south. It holds memories and is truely magical to me. I have a set of terot cards I bought almost 18 years ago there and have not had the chance to return since then. Now my children are into wicca because of thier natural inherited talents and I wish I could bring them back to where I fisrt found the love of everything magical. Never wrote a review in my life but felt obligated to write this one. There were a few reviews commenting on high prices and not so nice staff members. Let me assure you that their glass is accurately priced. They have a great selection of heady glass which is all U.S. made. Those things are not cheap. I came in 2 different days, looking at carb caps. The staff was extremely nice and the man behind the glass counter was extremely knowledgeable about the artists and various types of glass accessories. Much better smoke shop than my local one in Connecticut. Keep up the good work Headlines. read more

The best headshop that I've ever been to. They've got everything that you would expect to be in there and more. Their Nashua store (their "main" shop) is much bigger, but there was just a remodle done to the North Conway shop and it's made it all the better. The staff is friendly and helpful and they all know about the products that they're selling. The smoke shop in the back has lots to choose from and is all unique, and YES they always card you even if you look like you're 18+. Definitely somewhere you should stop if you're in the valley. read more

I absolutely love the store! They have everything you could possibly need . The people that work there on the other hand... I don't know all of their names but the guy Steven that works in the smoke shop . They were all very rude and it was obvious they didn't want to be there or even help us. The girl would noticeably sigh when we asked her to take off the price tags before she put them in the boxes (which she didn't even take them off) Steven the one in the smoke shop sent his friend out to watch us (his friend didn't even work there) we've been there multiple times haven't stolen anything before wasn't gonna start now. Ive been going to headlines for years.Recently decided to quit smoking and start vaping.Went to headlines and invested $120 on a base unit, tank, extra battery and docking station.Each unit was bought with replacement parts in mind.I was told by steven when i bought my kangertech tank that i could get all replacement parts here for it.A month later I cracked the glass on tank,went to headlines to replace and was told they dont have one and have no idea when they will.This from the store that told me i could get all replacement parts from them.I left with no help ,no answers.$120 into a vape setup and i bought a pack of cigs on my way more than an hour in the other direction to vapor city,They had my tank glass and i bought liquid coils while I was there too.Also if steven tries to tell you that he cant answer questions on vape units do to change in nh state laws,that is a lie.There have been no changes to the legislation since 2014.He just doesnt want to help you.You ask to many questions. read more

Its definetly a great store if your looking for gothic or wiccan items. As well as insence to pipes knives swords and adult items. I have been in there plenty of times for jewelry for my wife and incense for me. And i cant say enough about the staff there they are friendly and do there best to find what you are looking for.
